I came here from another documentary where people were asking how to find and donate toward Khadjou Sambe's mission. It would be great if that info was on the description box to support this beautiful sister and Dakar's future.

WSL does a great job of sharing the sport. I love that they are sharing stories of people who do not fit the stereotype!

    Beautiful story…
She really went against her culture and society to live her dreams. A true pioneer
It’s funny how all surfers describe the same feeling when surfing: feeling one with nature and forgetting all your problems. Very few people experience this kind of feeling

Whenever black people speak about showing love to their own race non blacks have this entitlement attitude yet non black people ONLY are CONSTANTLY celebrated and nobody says anything, it’s racist. I love seeing BLACK girls surfing. BLACK GIRL MAGIC PERIOD‼️

Wow! The most relatable surfing culture I’ve encountered so far sharing this video with the cool skater rebel girls I know. They’re usually turned off from surfing because it’s so traditional and conservative at first glance but maybe this will change their mind

Surfing knows no race or gender. The Stoke should be had by every single person on earth. It would be a much better place if everyone got to experience the feeling only a surfer knows.

Patricia Barber he must be referring to how Whites stole surfing from the Polynesians and claimed it as their own.
