If it's one thing I love is south Korean makeup, it's always so glowly and minimalistic. They also care alot about their skin, I honestly wish I could have some of the great products they have at their disposal.
same, it looks way more natural and feminine to me. honestly cakey face with a lot of makeup can only look nice on pic when you airbrush the hell out of your skin, in reality it doesn't look that good. ofcourse i respect makeup artists and other people who prefer more that makeup, i mean you also gotta have some skills if you wanna do that kind of makeup but this is just my preference.
Lol you can have a ton of makeup on w/o it looking cakey. And a lot of the makeup looks that may appear like minimal products used, is often the opposite. It’s not the amount of products that makes it cakey, but not being applied and blended properly!
I don’t understand why didn’t they bleach her eyebrows before putting on foundation though. Also why did they stick the eyebrow tape before putting on a sheet mask?
I heard the foundation acts as a barrier to help to protect the surrounding skin a bit from the bleaching product. As for the tape, maybe it wouldn't stick on as easily if the skin had a lot of moisture on the surface.
Juicy Pear hmm🤔 idk I still think it’s more logical to rinse the eyebrows with water after the bleaching process. I get the too much moisture part but they could have wipe the area after masking before sticking the tape 🤷🏻♀️
I don't even know why I'm watching this again & again. Tina looks so young & beautiful and natural on this. God, I just love her & she is my inspiration. Love u, Tina ❤️❤️
I have the same problem and wedding makeups in my country look like someone put thousands of layers of foundation. I did elaborated makeups twice, I did ask to look natural and they did at some point. But what gets me most is that my skin doesn't look natural. It really disappoints me this way of makeup.
It's to protect the skin from bleaching. If they applied bleach first, then it would have also bleached the skin around her eyebrows, as well as posing a risk of potential chemical burns. You can reapply makeup, you can't reapply skin XD
Joshua Fuhrman But it still can do this before putting on foundation.... Like after the face mask and other skincare steps, they can put cream on the eyebrow area and shave and then put on makeup. Still cannot understand. Maybe they feel like the eyebrows need more after they put on foundation.
when he bleached Tina's brows, i remembered the OG youtuber Alexandra'sGirlyTalk where she always metions that she bleaches her brows because it a subtle change but makes a huge difference. 🙂 i'm a huge fan of both!!
@@mookhohtee1319 like, I have naturally blond hair and black eyebrows, so sometimes it looks a bit weird so I trim them a lot so they actually look lighter, but idk if I would bleach them, you would have to bleach them regularly.

They usually do. You’re asked to dye your hair/eyebrows a week before the photo shoot. I think Tina wasn’t told anything and they didn’t realize it until the end as it is usually a hairdresser’s job to do it.

I certainly prefer this over that cakey face with lot of makeup
same, it looks way more natural and feminine to me. honestly cakey face with a lot of makeup can only look nice on pic when you airbrush the hell out of your skin, in reality it doesn't look that good. ofcourse i respect makeup artists and other people who prefer more that makeup, i mean you also gotta have some skills if you wanna do that kind of makeup but this is just my preference.
I've always preferred this type of style of makeup instead of that cakey makeup cuz how else am I gonna kiss my husband?
Lol you can have a ton of makeup on w/o it looking cakey. And a lot of the makeup looks that may appear like minimal products used, is often the opposite. It’s not the amount of products that makes it cakey, but not being applied and blended properly!
Omg I never new I would get this much likes....
Hahaha cakey face😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They’re such a professional team! Son&park and their team did a great job ✨
I don’t understand why didn’t they bleach her eyebrows before putting on foundation though. Also why did they stick the eyebrow tape before putting on a sheet mask?
Vic - Same concerns
I heard the foundation acts as a barrier to help to protect the surrounding skin a bit from the bleaching product. As for the tape, maybe it wouldn't stick on as easily if the skin had a lot of moisture on the surface.
Juicy Pear hmm🤔 idk I still think it’s more logical to rinse the eyebrows with water after the bleaching process. I get the too much moisture part but they could have wipe the area after masking before sticking the tape 🤷🏻♀️
yes!!! this bothered me so much lol
That tape make her eyebrows higher than normal. Then eyes looks more bigger than before. It’s some kind of trick
I don't even know why I'm watching this again & again. Tina looks so young & beautiful and natural on this.
God, I just love her & she is my inspiration. Love u, Tina ❤️❤️
This is what I want when I get my makeup done for special events and no matter what they always make me look like a drag queen
Omg so true hahaha
I concur! Sad reality 😭 Good thing, I’ve found one who made me look ravishing but at the same time natural-looking.
Emily Weber LMAOO IM DYING BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
@Emily Weber I feel your pain, it has happened to me too 😭
I have the same problem and wedding makeups in my country look like someone put thousands of layers of foundation. I did elaborated makeups twice, I did ask to look natural and they did at some point. But what gets me most is that my skin doesn't look natural. It really disappoints me this way of makeup.
Love love love the Korean concept of makeup ! Natural
- Her skin after the skincare looked so good!!!! 😭😍💕
They REALLY specialize in enhancing perfection! Very beautiful
They literally took off foundation when they bleach the browz.. Why didn't they do this before foundation? Didn't make sense
I think it's a decision made afterward.. like wait.. hmm we gotta do some more work with those eyebrows 🤷🏻♀️
It's to protect the skin from bleaching. If they applied bleach first, then it would have also bleached the skin around her eyebrows, as well as posing a risk of potential chemical burns. You can reapply makeup, you can't reapply skin XD
@@jermwerm2575 That was really helpful. I was questioning about the eyebrow work too.
Cindie Nguyen i was thinking’s the same
Joshua Fuhrman But it still can do this before putting on foundation.... Like after the face mask and other skincare steps, they can put cream on the eyebrow area and shave and then put on makeup. Still cannot understand. Maybe they feel like the eyebrows need more after they put on foundation.
When they were massaging tina's face it felt as if they are also massaging mine face too
same😂

why do i want this when i don’t even have a boyfriend to be engaged with

@@ariadnamontiel546 lol
I love how the first goal of the Korean makeup is making the skin look naturally flawless
Okay but why is no one mentioning how gorgeous she is like HOW
when he bleached Tina's brows, i remembered the OG youtuber Alexandra'sGirlyTalk where she always metions that she bleaches her brows because it a subtle change but makes a huge difference. 🙂
i'm a huge fan of both!!
Same !
I used to bleach mine when my hair was lighter, the only benefit of being hairy nowdays 😄 I don't have to draw them on
Crazy how you people want their eyebrows bleached and alot of people wish theirs were darker lol.
You are right..I also follow her😍
@@mookhohtee1319 like, I have naturally blond hair and black eyebrows, so sometimes it looks a bit weird so I trim them a lot so they actually look lighter, but idk if I would bleach them, you would have to bleach them regularly.
The two makeup artist are so cute and so delicate when they put makeup on her 💙
Those are Koreans (culture) for you. Dedicated to do things hardworking and perfected.
OMG!!! Soooooo pretty and natural.
This was sooo interesting to watch! It was cool to see the techniques that they used, even when bleaching your eyebrows none of the foundation came off or moved!
Son and park beauty water is their product right? I love that thing so much!
Tahia khan same!! I heard son and park and started wondering that too
Not anymore. They left Son and Park and created their new brand GesGep.
@daisys didn’t knw about that! Bt that thing is too good.
@@Kata_Rin ikr!
reminds me of webtoon
I feel like they should've bleached your eyebrows before putting the mask or even the foundation..
They are the makeup artist .
Yeah I thought it was a little odd but I think it’s cause he decided last minute to bleach them
Tina Yong I did think that was odd
I Love Sun that doesn’t mean anything. makeup artists can make mistakes
Was thinking the same thing
I really love Korean style make up. It looks so natural even though it’s really a complicated process. It suits my face more than western make-up.
I want this and I'm not even engaged 😍
When I get married I'm gonna have to hire somebody who does high-end Korean style makeup like this, like FOR REALZ
Same!!!!
Same!!!
I’m a bit confused why they don’t bleach before foundation
I have been wondering that throughout the video
Right? And shaving her brows....it makes sense to do all of that before foundation....🤷♀️
It could be because they needed to see how the eyebrows would match with her skin tone after foundation?
They usually do. You’re asked to dye your hair/eyebrows a week before the photo shoot. I think Tina wasn’t told anything and they didn’t realize it until the end as it is usually a hairdresser’s job to do it.
I guess Korean usually tends do foundation first..! Aven before eye makeup! Because it's a base of makeup..?
i almost fell asleep watching this, it's so relaxing
Same!!
Same wtf
Same🤣
Can people stop trying to find a problem with everything, thanks
Why do you have a problem with people having a problem? Just stay neutral. 🤷♀️
(And now I'm having a problem. Jeez)
@@hiraijaz3777 bc it's annoying. Nobody wants these kind of comments under their videos. Imagine doing a whole ass video just to get negative unnecessary comments. I kinda feel bad for the artists tbh
@@nesrose98 haha. You're right and I completely agree
@eunice cristi haha.
12:30 Just want to say that Lisa Eldridge uses the spot concealing technique both on herself and her models. It's time consuming but sometimes it's worth it.
Jenny Wikman yeah it’a such a good technique! Makes me want to buy concealer pencils
Tina Yong Just get the Laura Mercier secret camouflage with a tiny brush. It’s better than the concealer pencils for spot concealing.
Korean makeup artist's art of subtlety is so amazing
I love how natural it looked like no base cracking out or that heavy wing or burning red lipstick it all looked ever so pretty 😍💜
This is absolutely my favorite makeup look. Natural, fresh, healthy and still polished.
They bleached your eyebrows and shaved them after putting foundation on the skin??? Interesting
Deborah N. I was so triggered by this!
Maybe they thought about it last minute
@@notbothered7239 my skin would've been so irritated!
@@salamanca1441 me too especially that bleach needs to be washed not wiped
@@мя-397 maybe they let it in to slowly fade lighter and told her to wash it w the makeup off

Ok it’s official. I will only trust a Korean mua on my wedding day.
I got my bridal make up done in ny by a Korean MUA and omg the result!
I love this look because it's bright, fresh and soft and it's just perfect.
I really do love this look, but I wish people could love this without also being condescending to other styles of make up.
yes, these korean styles are so cool, but so are american and all kinda styles. one thing being good doesnt have to be the other being bad
Right? It's funny how original these people think they are for preferring natural makeup as if women who wear a lot of obvious makeup don't get shit on ALL the time for it.
@@TheSim1derful but also, a lot of those "natural styles make-up are a shit ton of make-up, but because I have crazy eye makeup it seems like I am wearing way more. (I mainly wear eye makeup and lipstick, never foundation or concealer but am always seen as wearing very much makeup)
Exactly! They were so condescending and rude! They think their shit don’t stink and there way of makeup is the only way to do good makeup. 🙄
Plus this look won’t work on anyone who doesn’t already have flawless skin anyways. I’d love to see them scrambling trying to work with someone with rosacea, acne, or acne scarring.
They're not being condescending...? What? Can you give an example of something that was said?
Beautiful looks lovely. I love wearing natural makeup.
I just love the way makeup artists move their hands and use them
Spot concealing in fashion makeup is the only way to cover imperfections, it’s an old technique used for decades, glad you experienced it, it’s really precise and makes the skin absolutely flawless :)
i was so confused by the order of everything but daaaaamn
Wow they are probably the most skilled makeup artist I have ever seen! Beautiful I was completely memorized and relaxed watching them create your wedding look.
I'm getting married just to get my makeup done by this man😂💁🏼♀️

That foundation + lipstick combo for blush was AMAZING!!! I got compliments right of the bat!!!!!
Son is one of the best makeup artists in Korea. He has his own makeup youtube channel!
Could you give me the link to it please? :)
I love how it looks so natural and chique very important when it is your wedding
Gonna get myself an asian makeup artist when I get married cause they know their way around asian features!
Pls do lol my cousin had a white makeup arist do our makeup since we are from nz.. but we are chinese born there.... i have monolids and it looked HORRIBLE. Not saying shes not good... but for reals cant do asian features lol
AlphaSunny Totally understand haha. Makeup isnt one size fits all! We need to enhance OUR features, not some white girl's features lol.
@@PetraGreene from what i learnt about monolids was to never use sparkly white straight on the lids. Thats exactly the first thing she did. I cringed lol
AlphaSunny Haha I have double eyelids but makeup artists be kidding themselves if they think it's the same as a white person's! 😂
I ended up doing my own makeup on my wedding coz I couldn’t find one in the Netherlands 😂
If you aren’t genetically blessed, this is not the makeup for you. For example if you have textured skin😂 also very complex for such a simple result, very cool looking tho
The secret is not only on the makeup, but also on the skin care routine!
Heaven Green is textured skin an acne skin or like skin with lines and bumps?
I haven't had any kind of acne, just pimples because of adolescence and still, my face is SO TEXTURED. I have small acne scars, whiteheads here and there, superpigmentation...
Its for beautiful girls that want naturally makeup
No not true. You think all the celebrities, idols, actors have flawless skin? They achieve this look with heavy layers of base makeup but professionals make it look natural. She didn't need much foundation because she already has flawless skin which is a bonus.
That make up artist is very well known and I think he did a fantastic job! You look beautiful with that pink-glowy look!
I love the way the Korean makeup artists did your look. So natural and yet so stylish looking 😍🥰

Its interesting so see this kind of bridal makeup. Cause South Asian Bridal makeup is HEAVY.
I've seen lot of Indonesian bridal makeup. I would nvr change my self into different person on my wedding day.
that eyebrow tape is amazing! can't even tell that there's a tape on her forehead
The makeup artist are really well-known makeup artist
When they bleached her eyebrows and started cleaning it all off AFTER she already had the foundation on, kind of made me cringe.
Wait... I do it that way
Right like how did that make sense at all
There’s literally no point in even doing the foundation is there !!!😂
I think it's fine because firstly they didn't apply that much foundation to begin with, secondly after filling in the eyebrows they applied concealer around it to clean it up so that added coverage.
