For some reason I can't see all of tfkillah1's comments so hopefully I'm not duplicating any or too many.
    1) @6:07 you used a grenade after previously damaging an enemy. Grenades do 2 damage so you could defeat him with a single attack of the grenade rather than wasting a second attack on him.
    2) @9:20 you broke your sequence with a 3 and 1 next to each other.
    3) @12:15 The outside of the hull is not a wall. A wall is a dark gray space. You can't blast through the hull from one room to another room. At least not with this upgrade! :)
    4) @14:50 You can't claim a databit until you have two matching numbers around it. Then you just threw away the 2 you could have used! Also, note #2 you did not have a sequential path. :(
    5) @17:58 Though I don't agree with blasting a hole in the hull, when you entered the room you jumped an extra space into the Hunter's dangerous space but because it is hindering you must place a die in the first space and then you can skip space while inside the dangerous space path.
    6) @19:28 +1 damage for rolling a 6. @20:46 +1 for another 6.
    7) @23:00 Looks like this was noted earlier that you missed the final checkpoint. However, you did have a dice that could have easily been placed to get to the final checkpoint. However that would have been another six time added to your final score.
Despite the rules errors, I really enjoyed your playthrough. I hope you do more. This was a lot of fun.

Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for taking the time to detail the mistakes I made! Should help anyone else watching the video to become familiar with the game!

Sure did. Reading the comments here had made the rules clearer

I'm currently learning how to "world build" for FoundryVTT and I keep thinking how I could implement these on that system. It could be a fun challenge and one I'll certainly look into when I get more comfortable with it.
Fun video as always and glad I got to see how a full game could look like!

Good playthrough altogether but unfortunately in this final part there's a fair few rules errors.
Firstly you cannot pick multiple branches of a gear upgrade so as you started with the diagonal range 2 you can't pick up the orthogonal range 3 movement.
You used a grenade which allows you to mark an additional point of damage on an enemy, so didn't need to spend a die to hit the pirate in the back.
Your path to the second data bit is not sequential, you made the same mistake you spotted in your initial rules explanation and put a 3 next to a 1.
You have to hit all checkpoints before leaving, otherwise it's a loss.
And finally you can't blast through empty spaces with your explosion skill. Walls are the dark squares on the map. Unfortunately you opened yourself up to the deep void of space

Yup that's a fair amount of errors :D Thanks for taking the time to detail them - in particular, having to hit all the checkpoints is a rule I missed so that obviously voids my win on its own. I'm not sure I would have made it without blasting a hole where I did (which obviously thematically makes no sense as you say).
      Hope you enjoyed it none-the-less!

@@lone_adventurer I certainly did. It's a tough game but one I'm enjoying working my way through. Thanks for the videos!

@@lone_adventurer Before I point out one more error :), let me thank you for this excellent series. Watched all three all the way through and it was very helpful to me as I got the year-long set and I'm falling behind rapidly!
Oh yeah, the other mistake was the second databit did not have a second 2 on one of the other sides. You only had the one 2 connected to it.

@@davidarlington1206 Glad it helped! Yeah, I managed to squeeze an impressive number of errors into this one 😁

Thank you so much for doing this playthrough - I was really confused by the rules and I didn't think I'd manage to play if you didn't do a playthrough. It was even good seeing the rules that slipped through the cracks, since I always make mistakes when I play and I can be aware of the common ones.

My pleasure - the rules as written are a little confusing!
Let's say I made those errors on purpose to highlight the rules that I missed 😁
