just about every year i watch the entire series ,so for a good 3 months i get good clean comedy....lots of laughs and see some great characters . THANK YOU mr smith for this .
@MeepChangeling it's not using it it's in part the fact shows like this can't exist because it would be redundant. Back when TV was the only place u could see this stuff now there's a hundred without quality control. Also I'm younger than you apparently
@@TAPriceCTR In most places you can call a salvage yard to pick up a junk car from your property and they will PAY YOU for it. Not much, few hundred tops. It's based on the car's scrap value. You get like 5% usually. Point is, if you have a ton of junk cars, say an old relative died and left you a rural house, you can get cash for the disposal of them.
They got the cars for free thanks to donation, the real costs were likely the towing expenses. At possibly 200 cars used throughout(cars were reused in a lot of segments), at $50 a tow over 300 episodes...so that’s in the range of $15,000 over the course of the series

Pretty sure that was one of the staff's cars, and that toilet wasn't porcelain. Also, judging by the ugly rusty hole in the firewall, that wasn't a creampuff show car either.
Harold: Uncle Red, I found this in my bed and now my bed is all soaking wet. Red: Oh, sure, blame it on the driftwood. Harold: Come on, my room stinks now like the bilge of Stinky Peterson's boat. Red: Oh, sure, blame it on the driftwood.
This is the one show where i like the characters more in the newer episodes than the old ones. Wasnt a fan of the first few seasons until they turned him into a goofy guy instead hiw dry he was at the beginning.
I had a motocross slot "car" set when I was a kid. There was a jump halfway through the course but when you stuck the landing, the bikes would stop and you had to jiggle them a little before they'd work again
now thats what i call the fast n the furious heheheheeheh toilet carburetor on a car like vin diesels hehehehehe that would have changed the whole movie series big time
The intake manifold wouldn't be able to output the level of fuel/air mixture that the toilet could provide, not without flooding the cylinders and/or the sootiest exhaust you've ever seen. Plus, that big bulky thing on your hood would screw with your acceleration if you used it on a rear-wheel drive vehicle and add lots of drag. Not really workable, but funny to look at.

Watching this show makes me miss the times before social media
You know you can just not use it instead of constantly complain right? I don't and I'm one of those damn Milinials you like to complain about so much.

"I'm a millennial, but I can get a job and my own place.
If I have to.
I guess."
If it wasn't for social media, you wouldn't be watching this
Slot car racing brings back so many memories. You never forget that sound and smell.
I wouldn't have remembered the smell if he didn't say that.
I like Red's talk about PR, it can put a positive spin on things that you screwed up, broke, or used for other purposes than what it was designed for.
It's so satisfying to me whenever Harold gets a dunk on somebody else
Timeless comedic material. 😍
I love how there are countless locations that Red does his projects in. Even his "home" changes constantly
instablaster.
From North Texas and this is some great stuff! Thanks to those who put this on the tube.
4:04 Possum Lake water may not dry easily,
but it is about as flammable as napalm.
That Camaro should have been a Delorean, because it had a "flush capacitor"!!
It has TBI. Toilet Bowl Injection.
Unusual to see such a nice car involved in one of his projects.
@@jareddavis8480 nah, it's a car-poo-retor...
I actually liked Red's rubber pony. I would totally buy that thing and hang it somewhere.
These things go up and down at a moment's notice. "Those were the good ol days"
Pmsl
2020 and this is still hilarious
Greatest television show ever. The writing and the characters are brilliant. Well done Steve Smith and Rick Green!
Absolutely!
In 2020 we need these shows lol
2021 still funny
@@zipobrand7095 hell yes it is!!
8:35 Love how the air scoop was just for looks. Opened with the hood not connected to anything.
Oh, wait a minute! This is a man's car! (Lifts up the seat.)
10:50 damn red ! That’s the best car I’ve ever seen on the show
Ahhh so many updates! Not enough time to watch em all! Thank you!!
That was badass with the Camaro! I was hoping he didn't destroy it, because that's still a nice vehicle.
Dalton showed us that slow and steady doesn't just work for the tortoise.
I wonder how many cars were used over the lifetime of this series.
I wanna know whether it cost more to obtain them (and all their other props) or to dispose of them.

about 69
How many cars did they destroy? All of them!
That folk art horse would have made a good swing.
Linda Ronstadt could have bought some of those tire ponies for her old band, the Stone Ponies; then they'd be "Firestone Ponies"!
OK, I'll shut up now...
😆👍
Why? It’s a joke Red would have made himself!

Live life on the edge, friend. You live shorter but you make more out of the time though
Even as a Ford fan, I just hope that the damage done to the Camaro was reversible.
Compared to all other vehicles I've seen on the show they treated this Camaro very..."gentle". :)
I hope it went to a good home. I love those camaros
WHO in their right mind allowed Red to get ANYwhere near that car? They must have been threatened with their job and deportation to the states! 😄
I'm guessing it made an appearance on the show to turn it into a tax deduction

Your backyard shouldn't."
Ive loved this show since i was a kid way better than jeff foxworthy
I actually liked those rubber swing ponies..
I love the gas can sitting on the stove.
Love the Red Green show!
Harold would be a great Barney fiffe from Andy Griffith show if they do a remake of the show
Intellectual role reversal.
Miss this show

Red: Oh, sure, blame it on the driftwood.
Harold: Come on, my room stinks now like the bilge of Stinky Peterson's boat.
Red: Oh, sure, blame it on the driftwood.
I'm betting Stinky Peterson's boat is actually a garbage tug.
One of the best adventures.
I had one of those cars. It got shot in the transmission in a hunting accident. True story.
"Blame it on the Driftwood"🤘🤪
Remember folks: if the glove don't fit, you must acquit.
I miss him...My fav the Hummer Made with 2 cars and the Lawn mower car made with a ceiling fan...Lol
By far the best car on the show lol
I'm off to check amazon to see if I can get me some red/green suspenders!
Bill Astell You can, on the Red Green website.
I love slot cars
How does Harold do that funny little squeak its hilarious....
He uses his butt cheeks!
I thought he just squawks like a chicken.

Harold is just flat funny. 😆 🤣 😂
Love ❤️ Harold🥳🤡💋
Love Harold Red Green and Bill Love Bill
Wait..no.. I just cow.. This is a genius show...!
Every time I hear “If the women don’t find you handsome they should at least find you handy” 🤣
That OJ Simpson joke, lol!
@15:56 Bill thought he'd try fencing.
LOL
4:00 But it does seem to be flammable.
I almost cried at the camaro segment.
Whodathunkit? Something Red made actually worked right.
I know! My first thought "Damn that actually worked!"
Crazy show but I like it❤
The budget was higher than usual. They were able to afford a toilet to mount to the Camaro.
that atv race was a new version of the tortoise and the hare
This is the one show where i like the characters more in the newer episodes than the old ones. Wasnt a fan of the first few seasons until they turned him into a goofy guy instead hiw dry he was at the beginning.
Screw the car that poor toilet
Poor Camaro...
18:04 Nice OJ Simpson reference there.
I had a slot car set once. No let me rephrase that I wanted a slot car set called Zero Gravity Cliff Hangers
I remember wanting expandable electric slot car and train sets. Then wanting race simulation games.
I had a motocross slot "car" set when I was a kid. There was a jump halfway through the course but when you stuck the landing, the bikes would stop and you had to jiggle them a little before they'd work again
This what that car is worth now!
Red Green is a GOD =
Great show
Where did Red get all his cars, I wonder?
Omen, need more bucked tape🤨😄👍
Bob Doidge!!!!
😆🐝✅
He finally gets a car that's not a piece of crap and he puts a toilet on the motor.
now thats what i call the fast n the furious heheheheeheh toilet carburetor on a car like vin diesels hehehehehe that would have changed the whole movie series big time
nice Camaro
He is lucky that car did not jump to warp.
Especially to a time before flush toilets. Red might have been mistaken for an ET and seriously screw up humanity.
The poor Camaro
Can a 🚽 really work as a carburetor?
Negative.

Great idea if you want to be hilarious at a car show where nobody else is.
Was on pins n needles whether or not you were gonna destroy the camaro for a small skit....
Did we ever find out if his wife watched the show?

Earlier episodes just put the word down without the phony ear covering.
