    I think the answer to Q. no. (1.19) is wrong. The valve characteristics of an equal percentage valve is f(x) = R^(x-1).

    For 21:56 , the velocity v can be broken down to Q/A and the A can be expressed as (pi*D^(2))/4 ..so then it will come to -1.8.
