Never used Battle Harmony?! Dude, Ager's Scepter with BH is my absolute favorite for Stasis Surge. It wrecks shop in any PvE activity. Especially target rich environments. Onslaught was a blast with it.
Damn now I regret ever ignoring all those weeks of Xur Cypher quests. Could become another currency/material we get from endgame activities tho same as the golfballs.

It's also obscene on void for Graviton, arc with Riskrunner, solar with.... Everything etc

I've already done the homework: 540 rpm pulse rifles do the most damage so they are the best legendary pulses to use (excluding exotic rifles).
