1:58 - 5 or 10 people huh? OK Leslie, if you say so. That said, you video was more informative than the Travel Agents videos that plague YT. Thanks. And thanks for talking to the staff, I like seeing that. I'll be in same type on the port side this November (fate willing). I think I'll attempt to use my Butler a lot, only because I grew up seeing them on TV and movies, so I'll get a chance to use them. It would be cool if my Butler was like Alfred (wink, wink).
Leslie, I thoroughly enjoyed your review/comparison of accommodations from the Explorer from a few years ago, and now, of the Splendor. Yours are among several videos I have watched, from which I have learned important details about the suites. In part, thanks to your efforts, my spouse and I will be taking our first Regent cruise on the Grandeur to the Caribbean in January of 2024. Thank you so much for your efforts!
I am glad that I am talking about details that help you make decisions. As I travel I will continue to add my thoughts on hotels, ships, trips and cabin categories. Thank you for your comment
Tell the room steward “salamat po” for what she does. It is the formal way to say thank you in her language which is Tagalog. She will freak out in a good way cause you spoke to her in her language. Looks like a beautiful stateroom, but personally I probably wouldn’t use a butler much. Him being able to make dinner reservations could be a big plus, esp trying to get into Pacific Rim and or Prime 7.
Thank you for the information. I too did not use the butler for much except to get additional reservations in the specialty restaurants. Unless I get free upgrades, I do not expect to be back in a Butler cabin again.
