What happened to allegedly.. the cop said. He committed the crime.
He is already preparing his defense. He is knowledgeable about the process, after all. If he is proven guilty, it is clear that he is evil. But being evil is not incompatible with being smart.
When the guy was arrested then asked the cop if they had arrested anyone else, sort of says to me, he didn’t act alone. He was wondering if they had caught his accomplice. I just hope that cop gave him the “right” response.

1. Inciting more fear as he enjoys relishing in the fact that even though he is caught he can still make people uncomfortable.
2. Using this as a ploy to attempt to get a plea deal.

I’m wondering about the DNA, since there were so many people in the house, but maybe one of the victims had some on them. You’d think though if he was studying criminology he’d know this and not leave anything behind. This so reminds me if Ted Bundy, who’d you’d never suspect as a killer.

I think in such a frenzied attack it's unavoidable to leave DNA. if you attack someone - esp 4 people, brutally! - with a knife, the chances of you slipping on blood and cutting yourself are very high! you can clean and prepare all you want, SOME TRACE will be left behind if it's such an overkill kind of attack
oh, and studying Criminology is more of the psychological aspects - not the same as Forensics and Forensic Medicine! so you basically aren't an expert at removing or concealing DNA evidence with that background!! x
There’s a difference between dna in the house if you went to a party the week before there and dna within the scene itself.
Nearly everyone knows about dna, fingerprints etc etc but knowing about it or studying it is different to doing something in real life, no matter the subject.
You also only need to mess up one little thing and they got you, just cuz you wore gloves, change of clothes etc doesn’t mean sweat won’t come through gloves, a hair follicle falls from your arm or eyebrow/eyelash.
I think his DNA was under the victim’s fingernails. I bet FBI has access to genealogy sites, 23 and me etc. i would never use those scams.

But regardless even if they didn’t have an onlyfans, he could’ve become obsessed just through instagram photos. I don't think that Reddit post by this guy is at all that damning. He's criminalogy Ph.D. candidate. That explains it all. It sounds like it's 100% related to his field of study and area of research. I don't know what to make of his arrest because there has been no damning evidence presented to the public so far, and he has no criminal record. We'll just have to wait and see what the evidence is.
