My #1 favourite classic Mega Man theme. That and the Wily Stage 5 & 6 from MM3 are so different to everything else in the series, it's more serious sounding tone. Great job on this cover!
I was a kid when Megaman 3 came out and even if I didn't understand the musical theory for why Wily Stage 3+4 sounded the way it did, it was pretty clear that this was how it was supposed to sound even if the NES couldn't support it.

Hey, I respect your opinion man. I just happen to love Mega Man 2 Wily Stage 1, and 2 this one really hits home. If you get a chance to listen to SSH's version remix of Wily Stage 1, and 2 you won't be disappointed at all. :)
Wily stages 1+2 from MM2 are one of my favorite game musics, I just prefer this one slightly more (And I have heard some amazing Wily stages 1+2 remixes!)

Love this, the Wily stages 3+4 from MM3 were always my favorite (Yes even more then 1+2 from MM2!), and this is an awesome version.
