Adrienne Sidoti MCT oil is great. You can sub it out with coconut oil which has MCT. I wanted to give different variations for different instances. I love my MCT but I’ve already done a basic video on Keto coffee that has close to a million views. That’s the basic MCT based version. Go ahead and sub ghee for MCT in any of these. Hard part with MCT is the rapid absorption isn’t great for meal replacement.
I am confused also because MCT is perfect in the mornings to get my days going and Thomas has stated it is better than ghee..but also he is giving different recipes for different things so makes sense
Beauty And The Vape Yup, understand the confusion. It can be hard because I create so many videos it can be odd to come in and not see MCT. Don’t worry y’all! I got your backs! Your MCT is still BOMB and good to go!
Thomas DeLauer never had a bowel problem with MCT C8 oil...guess everyone is different....too much cooked rendered fat from meat....different story...guess I’ve never had “too much” MCT to hit my threshold....thank goodness lol

I just boiled a pot of cloves, cardemum, ginger, and staranise, strained it into a tumbler with cocoa powder, poured in my coffee, added ice (which immediately got evaporated) poured in more ice, poured in some heavy cream until I saw the cloud, stirred it up, and my life will forever be changed 😮.
If you like FUN COFFEE. Nut butters are good in coffee, this can either replace or compliment regular butter. I use peanut butter and almond milk though for iced coffee. Marshmallow root powder makes coffee thick and frothy and it helps with mucus and digestion and basically cures common cold. Ghirardelli Dutch process chocolate powder is zero net carbs that tastes great with peanut or nut butters. Swerve and Stevia drops together to sweeten...actually the raspberry tastes really good with this concoction.
Hey Thomas!! Greetings from Central Florida. Just a bit of information for you to share and maybe warn some folks. I am on a health journey and have lost 70 lbs since this time last year. I started Keto in Aug 2018 and am excited. All is working well, putting on muscle and losing fat. I do have a higher cholesterol result than this time(240) last year (205) and it can only be from the 1 tbsp of whipping cream I use in my coffee everyday with mct oil and/or the 3 eggs with yolk I eat twice a week(6) with shredded cheese. I have eliminated the 3 items from my menu(switched to egg whites only). Just wanted to give those that it may affect a heads up. Feeling great! Doc also found trace amount of ketones 🤗 in my urine. Thanks for all you do, really!! Mike.
THANK YOU 🙏🏼 I’m an anti inflammatory eater and I love science. Best channel out here. I keep coffee in my dietary intake because of the elongating telomere properties. I started drinking it black 2 years ago. These drinks right here, are gems to my coffee enjoyment. Wish I could give 1,000 likes FR 👊🏼🤓

WOW‼️ Thank you so much. You gave me good reasons to go ahead and buy the ghee. The variety here is important to my very life and happiness. I wasn’t really a coffee drinker, mainly I would drink it on a cold winter morning or cold rainy day. But in my Ketogenic Diet with Intermittent Fasting, coffee has proved important to go forward with some satisfaction. Lol, seriously. 06/01/21 i began better diet. 3 weeks later my Dr gave me the news my A1C was 8.5. I found you ,Thomas, Dr Berg, Dr Fung, Dr. Hyman, & Dr Hallberg. And I jumped into Keto w/IF with a passion & focus, (I like my toes & eyesight). Now, as of 10/13/21 my A1C is 6.4. everything shows improvement. I’m not out of danger yet, but I’m going forward to kick Diabetes Butt‼️ You have made a world of good difference in my Life, Thomas, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.‼️♥️💋👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎃

How much Macha Tea? Also, I have gone to the website you recommend for Macha Tea. SOOOO many different kinds. Can you do a video on Macha Tea and the benefits of each one?
My go to in the morning before a workout is Ghee, MCT oil, coconut oil, chaga, cordyceps, sea salt. No sweetener and allows me to feel better on an 18 / 6 fast.

My latte recipe: double shot of coffee (50/50), most creamy organic full cream milk I can buy, add about 30% pure cream. Make it with a nice little layer of foam in a nice coffee glass. No sweetener of any sort (any sweetener in any coffee is a cardinal sin), just enjoy the natural sweetness of proper milk.
Thank you for the video dear. I have a cup of Keto coffee every morning but not in these variations. Its always good to have many options on the table so I cannot wait to try them and to share this video. Liking this vid too.
I’ve been drinking bombproof matcha this week instead of coffee for a cleaner energy boost to break my fast. I use warm almond milk, a Tbsp of matcha powder, and a Tbsp each of coconut oil and ghee. I hand mix it until it becomes frothy. The fats somehow don’t separate when in matcha unlike coffee if not electrically blended. It’s amazing, but it cuts my hunger to nearly non existent so I’ve been having issues hitting my calories for the day.
meghan butler now this was really kind of you to do. Wow touched my heart. I was gonna say say to put the closed caption on to read the words and get the recipe, but you took it above and beyond. Great job
Thank U Thomas, since I learned about & drink BP coffee, I have been experimenting utilising ghee, nutmeg, or cinnamon spices, not together but when I intuitively want them. I prefer ghee now rather than kerrygold butter, or the Aussie organic butter, I use them for my home made ghee. I love my caffé at 0500, with avocado cacao mousse for brekkie. I have cut back on dairy products to see if there is a change in metabolism and body at 64. Lost 16-20kgs on keto eating. Love it, huhmmm yess
Oh I forgot to mention that I add a tblspn of mct oil to my coffee, gets my motor running, heading out on the highway, born to be alive and wild, -active focused mind. Cheers mate!
I was very close to throw up with butter in coffee which I was once given. (...taste once and you never ever want to do it again) But the I tried coconut oil (1 table spoonfull) and it was great! Cocnut oil is absolutely neutral. Then I added cinnamon and it was again quite horrible. Next test is to try coconut oil cacao in 0 sugar soy drink. I have found that 0% sugar soy drink is very good for almost everything. One particular context is soy drink omelette where omelette starts to taste like crêpes. Amazing and real result!
Thank you for the video Thomas. I would love it if I can get a transcript of this video. Or if someone could write up the recipes for me. I've had a brain injury and I find it extremely difficult to follow videos...
@@dyahviona I read the video description but it doesn't outline the recipes. Just introductions to the recipes. Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it.💋
Thank you so much@@dyahviona !! You're the best! I'm attempting 16/8 fasting and the drinks will come in very handy. I wish you all the best for the future.x
I add cayenne into my keto coffee. It's a warrior's drink. Also salt and a little potassium chloride. I sweat a lot. Cocoa powder is fun too. Cinnamon. Luxurious. Def gonna try the turmeric.
@@deidrap1 In the past when I got it from Starbucks it had an earthy taste to it but I dont really taste the matcha in this recipe. I taste more the sweetness from the coconut cream. However, I have noticed that my taste buds have changed since being on Keto, so things like onions taste way sweeter to me.
This is really interesting!! Every morning my wife and I make coffee with a tbsp ghee and a tbsp XCT oil, should we start replacing that coffee with your morning recipe?
I do Keto and IF and am having 2 meals per day, one of them being bulletproof coffee: Coffee, Collagen, MCT Oil, Butter, Heavy Cream, Cacao and Cinnamon. It's something i look forward to every single day. Give it a try, it's delicious
I knew i wasn't crazy I thought to put the salt in my morning coffee instead of the water to get the electrolyte replacement. Thanks for sharing. I love this video
I got out my “Works” Keto coffee. Had it this morning. I will finish what I have but I’m more a tea drinker. I have been doing pumpkin spice & coconut oil with ACV & turmeric together (without sweetness) just the coconut oil. 6oz tepid water to melt coconut oil & down the hatch. It’s odd because you can feel the warmth in my stomach (not hot just comfort warmth) I’m in Wisconsin so that will be great this winter!
Collagen falls apart at temperatures above body temperature, turning it into plain gelatin - yes, the stuff in Jell-O. At these higher temperatures - when added to hot coffee, for example - collagen's molecular structure melts, diminishing or even negating the desired health benefits..
I tried ghee butter and it was okay and then I got another ghee butter brand and it was awful. Still sitting in my fridge unused. Might as well throw it out. I just use plain old salted butter, coconut oil, MCT oil, flavored stevia drops and sometimes cacao powder and peanut butter for a yummy mocha!
Suzi SaintJames actually all of the different cinnamons give you the benefits the issue is true cinnamon causes very little liver damage and Saigon and the other varieties can cause a lot of liver damage especially over time. I prefer the flavor of Saigon and korjinte but I use them sparingly for that reason.
Thomas, I have been following the keto diet with IF for about a month and a half now. But I have a long upcoming Chrismas holiday I will mostly be with family and friends thus it will be impossible to stay in Ketosis (drinking, dinners and all that) should I still try to restrict carbs and stick to a high fat diet or will it not really have an effect if I'm not in Ketosis? and rather pickup where I left of after the holiday
Question. How you doing Keto coffee as above for fat but also stay true to IF? I miss yhis kind of coffe but I do fasting for 18 hours before first meal.
love me some cacao. I have been brewing it like coffee. Course it is Crio Bru. Later I will be roasting cacao nibs and grinding to get the same effect.
I don't think there's nothing wrong with heavy whipping cream if you don't have any problem with lactose, so coconut milk/cream is a great sub for that.
@@celiselott okay, i was gonna ask the same question. i do heavy cream in my coffee once a day. I think i would like to try the ghee, tumeric (+black pepper) as well.
Just a note on cream, I found it shocking & appalling that almost all certified organic dairies in the US utilize ultra high heat pasteurization, or HUT method, which renders it not only a dead food, but also leaves most of the fats rancid. But it's shelf stable! 😀 It actually does not require refrigeration with high heat pasteurization. Europeans (& Aussies, I think) have been used to this for decades, but Americans could not get used to milk in a can on the shelf, so it's still stocked in refrigerated cases. It's worthless at best, and most likely potentially harmful. You are actually better off buying non-organic dairy than that paltry excuse. If you do not have access to raw dairy in your state/area, research the local small dairy farms. Reach out to them and find out what their livestock feed is (obviously, avoid grain fed or finished, all grass-fed/pastured is best), if they do whole herd innocculation & what the policy is on vaccinations AND antibiotics, and what type of past urination they employ. Low & slow will preserve the most nutritional value, but just avoid ANY dairy that is flash/high-heat/ultra-pasteurized. You can probably find a local farm that employs good practices, treats his/her animals kindly and does not feed them poison or inject it routinely into their bodies, and has a generally good product available in your local hippie store. It just requires a little effort on your part to locate them. When you do, reach out & establish a relationship with them! Let them know how happy you are to have a "clean" dairy nearby, & encourage them to continue the good practices, & share the information so others in your area & network can make better informed choices. ☺
i have a brand new expired bottle of T-bomb i keep around for shits and giggle if you wanna buy it. when i used this i could lift 100lbs over my weight with ease.
Morning coffee consists of MCT oil, Cacao butter, cinnamon, pink salt, and organic honey, can't function without it, mine never comes out that frothy though wonder why?. Looks good I will try to add the turmeric.
Picked up a can of coconut cream to try this, as I was about to spoon it in I caught the list of ingredients on the side. I think it had more sugar and chemicals than it did coconuts. Be careful what you buy!
The only brand of coconut cream that I buy is called Kara in a tetra pack (not a can), and it is 99.98% pure coconut cream. Oftentimes tinned coconut cream is mixed with water and thus has a lot of stabilizers and other crap to make it shelf stable. Kara is often available in Asian groceries and is quite international.
Hello Thomas , thx for the baby pictures , tried my first bulletproof coffee this week the recipe with the mct , think i over did it with the 16 ozs because I was in the shakes before I could get breakfast done , definitely want to try these four , Thank you , ☕ and best to your wife .

My second time watching this !!! Wow wow great great tasting recipes. Huge thanks. Since ketoing I now love my coffee. These bump up the coffee drinking experiences. Many thanks Thomas😃
My 5.30am morning drink recipe is; 1/4 teaspoon Matcha Tea Powder (cheap $8AU/100g from the supermarket), 20mls lemon juice (to activate the matcha), 1 heap teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 heap teaspoon ginger paste (couldn't find ginger juice), 30g Musashi Shred & Burn Protien Powder & 30g Rapid Loss (cheap appetite suppressor). Then do my 2 hour workout at the gym. Followed by my 8am Long Machiato (3 shot coffee, 1 sugar).
pumbapoindexter I find that a lot depends on the quality (and unfortunately the price) of the matcha. I just upped my quality and first thing I noticed was a difference in color and taste! The better quality matcha is from Japan. I get an organic matcha. The better quality one was a bright green and the taste was SO MUCH smoother. Not bitter like my less expensive ones. I also noticed the more expensive brand suggested 1/2 tsp per serving where as the cheaper one suggested 1 tsp. Hope that helps.😉
If you have a bitter drink--coffee, any kind of tea--add a dash or 2 of a real mineral salt. If cuts the bitterness like magic! 😉 [insert Easy Button here] You also will be less likely to think you need to add any sweetener. A touch of salt actually works better than sugar! 😃

@@XXmeghanXXelizabeth Thank you. So nice for you to take the time to do this.
@@kokoskornerin the craving killer, he didn't mention how much matcha should be put. I read some comments and 1 tsp is good.
meghan butler now this was really kind of you to do. Wow touched my heart. I was gonna say say to put the closed caption on to read the words and get the recipe, but you took it above and beyond. Great job
But how much matcha?!
I put 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream in every coffee, about 5 a day. Both leaded and decaf. Is that bad?
I was very close to throw up with butter in coffee which I was once given. (...taste once and you never ever want to do it again)
But the I tried coconut oil (1 table spoonfull) and it was great!
Check out his description bar, he usually puts his complete script there
@@dyahviona I read the video description but it doesn't outline the recipes. Just introductions to the recipes. Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it.💋
@@zizia9060 oh I didn't realize that.
Here you go, the simplest version of the recipe:
1. Morning anti-inflammatory coffee: 10-12 oz of coffee, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp coconut cream, a dash of turmeric powder, pink salt, stevia/monkfruit.
2. Lunch replacement coffee: 10-12 oz decaf coffee, 2 tbsp grassfed butter, 2 tbsp collagen peptides, 1/4 cinnamon powder (or pumpkin pie spice), stevia.
3. Treat/fat bomb coffee: coffee, 3 tbsp grassfed butter, 1 tsp ghee, 3 tbsp heavy whip cream, 1 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa, stevia.
4. Bulletproof matcha craving killer: 8-10 oz warm almond milk, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp coconut cream, stevia.

I add cayenne into my keto coffee. It's a warrior's drink. Also salt and a little potassium chloride. I sweat a lot. Cocoa powder is fun too. Cinnamon. Luxurious. Def gonna try the turmeric.
You ever try a chaga mushroom coffee replacement bullet? I think it could add to your variety and have different benefits.
Chaga is good!
What I do is: small decaf coffee, some unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and depending on how I feel I might at grain Swerve
Thanks for the video , it very informative . What blender are you using .? Please
@Lady Keto Yep!
I love my coffee with ghee and coconut oil...It tastes awesome. No sweetener is required.
Thank you Thomas DeLauer, they look delicious and beneficial. I can't wait to try them, but first I need to go buy the necessary ingredients... ☺.
Go get 'em
Minus the dairy personally; but with the coconut cream, milk and/or oil these recipes sound delightful.
What about adding Maca Root powder to my morning BC? I just purchased some but have yet to use it. Thought about adding it to my BC.
That would be good!
I finally tried the matcha! So GOOD!
What does matcha taste like?
@@deidrap1 In the past when I got it from Starbucks it had an earthy taste to it but I dont really taste the matcha in this recipe. I taste more the sweetness from the coconut cream. However, I have noticed that my taste buds have changed since being on Keto, so things like onions taste way sweeter to me.
This is really interesting!! Every morning my wife and I make coffee with a tbsp ghee and a tbsp XCT oil, should we start replacing that coffee with your morning recipe?
Doesn't hurt to mix it up!
I do Keto and IF and am having 2 meals per day, one of them being bulletproof coffee: Coffee, Collagen, MCT Oil, Butter, Heavy Cream, Cacao and Cinnamon. It's something i look forward to every single day. Give it a try, it's delicious
Are you still doing keto? I'm curious if you were able to stick with it after so long?
Thanks for showing different ways to make keto coffee!!!!!!
I just bought my first pure ghee. I'm excited to make some of this keto coffee. 😍😍💪🏼🙌🏼
How much Matcha Tea did you use?

How Matcha Tea did you use?***
If you enjoy a simple hot coffee, I recommend decaf coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and granular Swerve (erythritol)
You can also use heavy whipping cream but it’s a bit thicker and some brands contain lots of carbs and sugars.
Love your videos man keep going 💪
Hadi L_Nzzel until they make me stop!
It's nice to have a variety of keto drinks..Im definitely trying the matcha tea
I have the coffee figured out, but how do I get arms like yours?
I knew i wasn't crazy I thought to put the salt in my morning coffee instead of the water to get the electrolyte replacement. Thanks for sharing. I love this video
Can I substitute Coconut oil for the butter and/or ghee in your recipes?
You most definitely can
I got out my “Works” Keto coffee.
Well .. I think it's better than the "Real" coffee .. God bless you Thomas
No sweetener needed though.
I will try the ghee this morning. I didn’t realize that grass fed butter can raise an inflammatory response. Nicely done video.
Thank you for your video.. It's amazingly informative
Thanks for tuning in :)
I use macadamia milk creamer. Best one I have ever tried

Keto coffee and keto matcha gets me excited for the mornings & a great start to my day!
On fourth coffee how much matcha can we use?
I would like to know as well.
I did one recommended serving size based on my bag of matcha which was one teaspoon and it turned out great.
@@kyleh1919 Thomas responded this questions on a video some days ago and he said the you did. Thanks pall!
Mine says 1/2 so I go with that
Collagen falls apart at temperatures above body temperature, turning it into plain gelatin - yes, the stuff in Jell-O. At these higher temperatures - when added to hot coffee, for example - collagen's molecular structure melts, diminishing or even negating the desired health benefits..
Is all Ghee butter created equal? What brand do you use in your video?
You can make your own. Just look up' making my own ghee' Its dead simple and smells delicious. Also cheaper by 1/2 the price.
@@ShipCreek gonna make my own after i run out of bulletproof overpriced ghee
I tried ghee butter and it was okay and then I got another ghee butter brand and it was awful. Still sitting in my fridge unused. Might as well throw it out. I just use plain old salted butter, coconut oil, MCT oil, flavored stevia drops and sometimes cacao powder and peanut butter for a yummy mocha!
What you said is true about Ceylon Cinnamon. Not all types of cinnamon gives those benefits as they come from different species. ❤🌅🌵
I use heavy whipping cream daily, is this what I'm doing wrong with my keto diet? If so, why?
I have been using coffee creamer for years and it so hard to drink it without the flavor I have grown accustomed to
Thomas, I have been following the keto diet with IF for about a month and a half now.
@@tc8404 I only do bulletproof coffee in my eating window, this coffee will break your fast so I don't do it in the morning

I knew it! Human can live by keto coffee alone!
I am new to bullet proof coffee. This morning, I tried the morning (first) recipe. I added a bit of cinnamon. It was delicious.
What is wrong with heavy whipping cream. i thought it would be great for Keto?
I don't think there's nothing wrong with heavy whipping cream if you don't have any problem with lactose, so coconut milk/cream is a great sub for that.
I think too DeLauer has also mentioned wanting to avoid the hormones in cream.
What blender is that? Looks efficient. 🙏
Caffeine does nothing for me.
I wish I could still get Ripped Fuel w/ Ma Hung.
That worked great.
i have a brand new expired bottle of T-bomb i keep around for shits and giggle if you wanna buy it. when i used this i could lift 100lbs over my weight with ease.
Remember Jacked-3D?
@@Los_Logos liked that stuff before they banned the good version
Morning coffee consists of MCT oil, Cacao butter, cinnamon, pink salt, and organic honey, can't function without it, mine never comes out that frothy though wonder why?. Looks good I will try to add the turmeric.
Picked up a can of coconut cream to try this, as I was about to spoon it in I caught the list of ingredients on the side. I think it had more sugar and chemicals than it did coconuts. Be careful what you buy!
That's cream of coconut real coconut cream is just coconut and maybe potassium ascorbate

Thomas, you didn't say how much Matcha you had in the cup?
Looking for this answer too!
Yes I’m looking for that answer as well... I just made it with a heaping tsp of matcha and I think that’s WAY too much it’s very bitter...
pumbapoindexter I find that a lot depends on the quality (and unfortunately the price) of the matcha.
