5:44 though the sky is divided into 12 equal parts but in fact the signs are unequal in length some are big some are small for eg planet close to 26 degrees will probably move to next house while one on 15 will probably stay in the same.
6:40 Ma+Ke = pishach yoga but it will only work in 3,8,12 ‘Houses’ and somewhat in 6thH which will make either sibling on mom’s brother suffer.
Ma is a fighter and it fights for survival while Ke wants to fight for nirvana that is why both have rulership of 8thH.
8:56 when Ma+Ke in 8H the person died without completing full lifespan divides, accidents come in this caregory. In 3H 8th from 8th the person is forcefully called on earth , opposite to forcefully killed similarly people get this combo in 12H when they left sadhana incomplete in last life.
Similarly for Ke in lagna you have been forcefully called on earth.
This yog will also get phalit as per Rashi during MD-AD of Rashi.
When Ke in 10H it gives breaks in profession and person starts working for something where his heart is.that is why Sa-ke or Ke transition over Sa makes you do things which you wanted to do since long time. It gives you independence from karma.
Remedies:
12:06 donate for people who have suicidal tendencies or who work in cremation grounds, mahamritunjay jaap or worshiping lord Shiva.
3H Ke is debilitated here. 3H is of nature , subconscious, skills. See how you can help nature with your skills. Do not work against nature like giving remedies to have kids when it is not promised in the chart.
Similarly for immigration, when the land calls you you will go without much effort, this all can be found in sir’s upcoming book ‘ universal rituals’
12H - This house denotes hospitals, so the person should not take too much medication and resist death and be prepared to leave earth when time comes. This yoga gets Phalit at 72.

For English viewers: Mars + Ketu combination makes Pishaach yog:
1. Mars+ketu combination will manifest only in 3, 8, 12 houses and to some degree in 6th house. In 6th house either brothers will increase or uncles will decrease or vice versa.
2.Mars is the significator of life, life starts with Mars as it is karak of 1st house and it fights upto the 8th house till death. Ketu is karak (significator) of moksh: it wants liberation of prana (life force/soul) from physical encumbrance so your soul can give you this life to travel to other worlds/planes.
3.Mars and Ketu co-rule the 8th house where Mars keeps you alive but Ketu wants to kill you for moksh. So there is a conflict between Mars and Ketu here and here house is reckoned not sign. When Mars and Ketu are in 8th house the native has not been able to fulfill his huge backlog of karma on account of unnatural death like accident, killing or suicide so they get this yog.
4.While in 8th house, Mars+Ketu shows people who have been killed, in 3rd house (8th house from 8th) shows that such native has been called upon perforce as 3rd house shows entry into this world.
5. In 12th house, this combination shows that the native's Sadhna was disrupted/incomplete. Any consciousness of body during sadhna will give problems in the body.
6.If Ketu sits in lagna (ascendant), that is, house of Mars, again read this as Mars+Ketu combination. Ketu in lagna makes you absent minded because you have been sent on this plane perforce. Ketu in 10th gives break in profession as the native does not feel involved in his/her profession: you want to do things that were left incomplete, you want to do things that appeal to your heart so the motivation is neither mental not material. So Saturn+Ketu or Ketu transiting over Saturn will make you do things you wanted to do for a long time. Ketu gives mukti ( liberation) from a lot of things. In 10th house Ketu gives mukti from karma so you can do what your heart desires.
7.When you get Mars+Ketu combination in 8th house or Ketu in 8th house, you will find that within the families of these natives there are people who died suddenly or unnaturally.
8. Remedies: such natives should either donate to victims of road accidents or those who help in cremation or work for/counsel people with suicidal tendencies for example so that in this life such native does not die sudden, unnaturally or accidentally.
Do Mahamrityunjay Mantra as it's the mantra for mukti.
Pray to Lord Shiv
Mars is land and house: in 8th house it shows disputed property. In order to prevent attachment to these, do the above remedies so your soul doesn't get stuck in this house.
In 3rd House, Ketu becomes neech (Debilitated). It has been brought here by force because it didn't want to come here. 3rd house is the house of nature and subconscious so you have made a mistake related to 3rd house that has to rectified through karma. See how you can use your skills (3rd house) to help nature but don't recommend or prescribe medicines for childbirth specially medicines for begetting a child of your preferred gender because you made made this mistake in previous life.
Mars + Ketu in 12th house: don't consult doctors unnecessarily. By taking medicines your lifespan may increase but you will again cause imbalance in nature. Be mentally prepared when it's time to leave specially after the age of 72. At age 72, Mars+Ketu in 12th house brings about a major change in the native's life.

Sir what my observation on pisach yoga is that Mahamrityunjay Mantra is brahmastra for this combination because I also have MA+KE in 11 th house and it is give some result partially for sign and for house both what I observed sir and I do Mahamrityunjay jaap since 15-16 years I even can not explain sir how much time I have been protected by Lord Shiva (Mahaadev) that is very powerful mantra and remove negative energy in many ways what I experienced sir. Sir great video sir I have gajakesari yog in rashi Jupiter in 5 house piseses Scorpio Laguna and moon in 11 house but in bhava guru moves to 6 house but in navamsa guru and Chandra are kendra to each other so which would have more effects? Sir I know a native who has ketu in 8th house in rashi chart Aquarius ascendant and bhav chart he has ketu and Venus in 8thhouse .I don't know if this yoga applies here but he had told that he was the rebirth of this father's younger brother (as told by his family astrologer).
And his father's younger brother had die at the age of somewhere around 32 in a road accident.
Sir what does it indicate if i have this conjuction in navamsa? It's in 5th House gemini ascendant.

I used to be healthy before mantra chanting. Now I can barely even sleep in peace due to mysterious back pain! Astrologers prescribe mantra chanting to all but it does not suit all.

Mars +Ketu in third house in scorpio…was always good in studies as a young kid and teenagers and then a major turn happened during my end of college and had leave all my dream then and there to go to foreign land and then only served to my family and my younger brothers are not well since so many years physically and mentally and recently I moved out of my birthplace suddenly at the age of 38 ..never married female tried so many things but always get things during unexpectedly and very strange time period …the chaos what I have seem physically and mentally only I know …I have lot of knowledge of nature since I work for managing nature and waste management I tried to get rid of this profession but I couldn’t…I am the only one who supports my family on upper level till now …but I also I have never give up nature …lot of inclination towards learning astrology too …🙏
