Tried numerous times to set the ringtone but phone doesn't ring when called. Tried ringtone, ring and vibrate still no ringing on incoming call

Maybe try pressing # key non stop to change ring profile.

Same Problem. No ringtone on incoming phones. Went through every setting I could find. What kind of POS Senior phone won't ring when it's called? Also, it defaults to "Earpiece" hearing aids? My elderly mom has to switch to Speaker each time. Frustrating and useless for her. Can this setting be changed? Pretty disappointing so far.
