Apparently and I’m not sure if this is correct, the battle between ventus and vanitas is after this When the x-blade is damaged and apparently destroyed. Is when their fight takes place hence why vanitas is holding the broken x-blade. I read that somewhere but not sure of that was actually true or not.
@@SpixPrime actually it's because of Ventus refusing to join vanitas The x-blade was broken because it wasn't complete So that's why aqua was able to damage it but the one who broke it was ventus it happened at the same time soaqua didn't do much except "supporting" ventus because of the clash between aqua and vanitas/vebtus the part of ventus "awoke" and tried to escape vanitas which caused the x-blade to fragilize
When I started playing KH, I thought it was a game for kids because of the disney characters. But I WAS FREAKING WRONG. Boss battles are so hard and the story really hits my heart hard especially the story of these three from Birth by sleep.
bit of a late reply but what you prob must of saw was people playing on critical mode which is the hardest difficulty with one of the main changes in it having reduced max HP, i believe its like half the Hp it is on the other difficulty modes
I don't like the fact that every thing in this game says the Xblade is the ultimate weapon and then small mickey mouse with his Stella keyblade blocks it as if it was some mere stick.
Xenheaort admits later down the road in DDD that this X-blade isn't the real one, just a rushed artificial one created from vens light and darkness clashing. Theres a theory going around right now that the box in the latest 2.8 trailer contains the pieces of the real X-blade. As the writing on the box sort of looks like it says X-blade super.

And the end of the day venitas just wanted to be whole. He was a heart broken in 2 sifted nice and neat between light and dark. Ventus enjoyed his time with terra, aqua and erequs. He had a family who showed him love, friendship and understanding. Xehanort only offered hate, darkness and the knowlege to harness both. And all of that manifested as the unveresed, when he could no longer contain the emotions within. The only way he could feel whole was to make others miserable, until he found ventus again and the path to being complete was infront of him. But ventus was happy, were as ventus was miserable before there convergence he needed ventus to understand what venitas is and the person they were before they were split apart before they became one once more
I know the plot and context and I know what you mean, but ngl, if you read this stuff without knowing anything about KH, it sounds like a love story between Vanitas and Ventus 😂
Ok but like vanitas didnt really want to be loves since he is one of THE 13 darknesses from Union X. Basically in Union X ventus got his darkness stolen from him and he became pure light. He then absorbs the pure darkness who his friends were fighting and then time travels to bbs with no memory of the past. Xehanort then removes the darkness from ventus again but this darkness is one of the 13 darkness which is what ventus absorbed. So vanitas is one of the original 13 darknesses. And all of them litterally were EVIL AND WANTED TO MAKE EVERYTHING DARKNESS. So yeah vanitas was just chaotic evil even without xehanort influence
Everything worked out. Sure it took several years of Aqua being trapped in the World of Darkness, Ventus being comatose in Castle Oblivion, and Terra being possessed by Xehanort, but it all worked out.
I was just playing through the boss like usual when I fought, decided to go master form and I was like, "Wait what? what is this?" I check the drive gauge menu "final form?" YES BEST GAME EVER!
What’s confusing about it though is that it implies there are many keyblade wielders that are still alive but in different worlds, even though the games treat it like (besides through means of time travel such as for the foretellers and the org members from the age of fairytales) Mickey, the destiny islands trio, sea salt trio, and wayfinder trio are the only ones still alive who actually wield keyblades. I wonder if what Vanitas says will be retconned or explored in later games

I always found it weird that whenever someone asked a personal question about xigbar/braig it always zoomed in on his eye, I always assumed it was referring to him being a part of Xehanort, but now seems like it could be a nod to the future reveals.
Has anyone made a compilation of all the times Aqua Terra and Ventus looked at their wayfinders? This really made me think that Ventus rarely looks at his wayfinder. And most of the time that Aqua looks at her wayfinder, she's thinking about Terra.

What’s confusing about it though is that it implies there are many keyblade wielders that are still alive but in different worlds, even though the games treat it like (besides through means of time travel such as for the foretellers and the org members from the age of fairytales) Mickey, the destiny islands trio, sea salt trio, and wayfinder trio are the only ones still alive who actually wield keyblades. I wonder if what Vanitas says will be retconned or explored in later games

Could be the Dandelions are still out there living in the worlds they restored after the Keyblade War. Guarding their own specific worlds from falling into darkness again.
@@AndrewUchiha4747 That could be true and missing link shows that communities did survive far into the future but I really could’ve sworn it was stated that there weren’t many keyblade warriors left, I mean they could’ve been pretty useful in the war against Xehanort but maybe they live in far distant words outside of Xehanort’s reach and can only be accessed with the X-blade

I would've thought that Square fixed the mix up of sound effects for Mickey's Star Seeker, since it uses the striking sounds of Light Seeker (Mickey's Kingdom Key). Unless there's some kind of deeper meaning behind that they're not telling.

I always found it weird that whenever someone asked a personal question about xigbar/braig it always zoomed in on his eye, I always assumed it was referring to him being a part of Xehanort, but now seems like it could be a nod to the future reveals.
Has anyone made a compilation of all the times Aqua Terra and Ventus looked at their wayfinders? This really made me think that Ventus rarely looks at his wayfinder. And most of the time that Aqua looks at her wayfinder, she's thinking about Terra.

Only reason Roxas looks like ven despite being soras nobody.Is because of ven being in soras heart .When Roxas was created ven in soras heart influenced Roxas appearance to look like ven .Also due to vanitas being vens dark half and ven being In sora vanitas had soras appearance despite looking like a evil sora
