Making flavor strips is actually one of the things I dread. I hate that they don't make flavor strips for all the available soda flavors and that I have to piece together graphics from the internet. Maybe I'll consider that video down the road...
I've found the best way to load machine with 12 packs is to open the top flaps then kinda hug the box with can tops facing away from you..beats going back and fourth
Greetings, You have helped me along the way tremendously. I have a question. I vend the 12 oz Gatorade bottles and what happened is one of the bottles got caught in the twister and I pushed it down to get it unstuck and it dropped, but my motor will not turn anymore do to it being stuck over a long period of time. I removed the beverages to see if the flap will not be positioned on the sensor and it came up, but the tab is stuck and i figured once I refilled the slot that it would home, but it will not and the slot still states "sold out." Can you help me solve this issue? Its a Dixie Narco machine. Thank you..
So the selection says "sold out" even though there are product in the column? It could be the sold out switch. Try swapping the switch with a column that works and see if the problem follows the switch. If that doesn't work, try swapping the motor with a working column and see if the problem follows the motor. If it does, try replacing the vend switch on the bad motor and cleaning the brake.
I jammed one of those Powerade 12oz bottles and the motor powered thru, twisting the rotor into a taco before it burned out the motor. Expensive mistake there to be sure.
Bill I notice you only use royal and Dixie narco! Can you make a video explaining why you decided to go with these two brands and why you think one is better than the other? Or please feel free to answer here! Thanks bill! Pleasure meeting your wife too!
I've actually been planning on making a video comparing the two types of machines...so keep an eye out for that. As for why I like dixies and royals...they are reliable and there are lots of parts available for them.
@@cutthecurve5726 There are several places that repair them...I've been using Vendor's Exchange...but sometimes they don't fix it right the first time.
@@HappyVending I’ve experienced this as well even buying new refurbished, I was wondering if you had any resources on repairing them yourself? Like diy?
@@cutthecurve5726 I don't do much in the way of repairing coin mechs or bill acceptors....other than cleaning them from time to time. You have probably seen this video where I do a DIY repair on a coin return switch that isn't engaging properly. th-cam.com/video/DqG-l6ZJoMk/w-d-xo.html The repair is still working today.

She done a grate job but if it was me I wouldn't put squishy bottles and cause it got Coca-Cola in it I would of put in 1 coke cola 2 coke cola with sugar free 3 Coke cola vanilla 4 coke cola with orange 5 chery coke cola 6 diet coke cola 7 zero coke cola Mate
Actually, the cherry Pepsi sells better than the cherry coke...which I have in another staff machine. I've tried vanilla coke with the staff before and they weren't interested.

@@teamalanmountjoy3244 If I need to move one again, I will record the process. The snack machines are best to move with a pallet jack. The soda machines I've moved with an appliance dolly...but it can be a challenge getting into small rooms. Sometimes you need to clam s hell the machine.

It is mine. I had it off to cut down on the noise in the video. It has a fan that runs all the time when it's on.
