- After seeing the Bangkok episode on Netflix's STREET FOOD, I needed to visit this street food stall that was awarded a Michelin Star.
The wait was long but definitely worth it.
Packed with a ridiculous amount of sweet lump crab. Golden brown crispy on the outside. Moist and juicy on the inside. Surprisingly, not oily at all.
I put this video together, in hopes of maybe one day being able to come close in replicating Jay Fai's legendary crab omelets.

The person who shells the crab almost deserves as much credit.
The amount of crab meat in the omelette is extremely generous. The high selling price is justified by the expensive ingredients.
Grandma got them special ops googles on you know she ain’t messing about
Food is pretty so so there. The crab omelette is good but the other dishes are quite average, even a little salty. Good experience though.
画質いい~
Worth it sih... 500.000 dapet Crab Meat sebanyak itu
火力やべー
夏のバンコクの気温の中、火から2メートル離れた場所でも、すんごい熱風感じた。

BRAVO 👌❤️
what camera did you use here?
I think the technique of cooking is just like a beginners , you could see the omelets in video was not cooked thoroughly, is there such over easy egg inside crab meat omelets.
If eggs are cooked that long in a boiling oil, would that be ok even balance with flour.
Is your coment meant to be sarcastic?
What kind of oil did she use?
Vegetable oil.
