LOL... I'm not a fan of either school but I just have to laugh at that "SEC SEC SEC" chant. If those people only knew how stupid they sound.

+JW Jones Made no sense with the chant. Like what the fuck are they try to imply with the chant? Love sports, but whenever you put a large group of people together, they always seem to do something retarded.

It's because you don't understand the rivalry. We chanted SEC because they're the reason Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri, and A&M left the Big 12. Plus Longhorns always talk bad about the SEC so...

+Kyle Pesek Colorado too although the Buffs have wanted to be in the Pac for basically 20 years. Easy to forget about them but they left too. And just to be completely fair I'm not an A&M fan either but it is undisputed fact Texas is toxic for any conference.

+Kyle Pesek I hate Texas. But don't be delusional in that they are the reason those schools went to another conference. The reason those schools left is because of the money that the other conferences were paying out. They didn't want to share with rest of the Big 12,so they went money hunting.

petey1214 One slight correction. I'm a Husker till death and we didn't get sick of Texas just because :01 in 2009. It had been simmering for years. Osborne tried to warn the rest of the Big 8 that Texas was going to try to strongarm its way to what they want which is what they always do. By the way let that be a note to any conference in the future that is even CONSIDERING adding Texas. You cannot let them strongarm their way to what they want because that is UT's prerogative. No one but us took the advice. Big 8 sided with Texas on pretty much every issue.

If you don't understand the history then don't mock the chant. The politics, back room dealings and selfishness of a certain school led A&M to another conference. I didn't go to either school, but in my opinion, A&M has every right to show pride in their new conference.

+Jeff Hoke (Golf Fit Guy) If anyone understands what A&M went through it's Nebraska and us Husker fans. Fans across the country who don't get it need to wake up; five schools have left a conference Texas is involved in, just in the last quarter of a century. That is no accident.
Osborne warned everyone in 1996 when the Big 12 formed that if not checked Texas would strongarm their way into what they want and little by little they did.
I'm not saying that Ohio State and Michigan don't have significant influence in the Big 10, but it is in no way like what Texas has in the Big 12. It's basically their sandbox.

Those back room dealings also led to Nebraska leaving the confence.

Nebraska fan here. 100% Truth. People need to wake up and realize the Whorns are conference poison. When the Big 12 dissolves they'll have destroyed two leagues.

Love it. Little brother aggy tries to convince themselves their on par with Texas, the most successful program in the history of college baseball, because their best team ever barely beat Texas's worst team ever, and it took them until the final inning in their own house! Bahahaha, aggy always embarrassing themselves is my favorite aggy tradition

asics1149 If you think A&M is the “little brother” to t.u then you’re mistaken. We’re older, bigger, richer, more motivated, and better in every way.

Love drinking the t.u. tears. We butchered, quartered, bbq’ed and served the longhorns on a plate AND would had seconds and thirds if there were more games. Should we rub the loss in the face of the longhorns??? Absolutely… they earned it.
