As a child I had two great lego police and fire station sets, I think modular Police and Fire Stations made from parts from multiple sets would look good in that city.
I really like the start to this Lego city. I really liked seeing that custom Caterham Seven 620R built to mini figure scale.
A 6x2 baseplate city block. Wow. That'll look impressive when fully built out...
I think the mansion should be alone, centered in the green plates with some kind of wall around and some trees and the fountain back.
And are you going to make a train station?
Also, I think you should leave a little more of space between the tree houses and the water.

PUT LIKE A PITSTOP OR GARAGE AREA INSIDE THE RACE TRACK! instead of the flower thing you had in mind, a place for the teams/mechanics would look cooler!

Jang's city is bigger, more detailed, more interesting, and most importantly, all custom-built. BrickVault likes to steal custom creations and use sets for a lot of things.
AquatiBrick i think he means the micro scale city build to be an interior detail of another building
Go dual level,where you have water make and underwater scene or maybe make like a mine under the city or explore the idea of really having batman and the bat cave below the city might be kind of dope

One thing that you should change is the Lego transport truck. Shouldn't that be going toward the Lego store (to restock their supply)?

for the new batcave make a custom Wayne manor then get a smaller table then put the batcave undrneath
Its kinda weired that on the race track are traffic stipes. The F1 race track in monaco has that too but that is becaue they set up the track inside the city with custom perimeters and extra seats everywhere. Why dont you do that in your city too? Just include a circleIsch road next to the airport and keep building the city structure on it and then its like a temporary city event. Also some of the racing sets would fit great between the other buildings.

The city is great, what you are doing is fabulous. But please move the camera slower so we can enjoy what you're building (and keep us from getting seasick.)
Make your airport also a train station. Have two things combined into one :D
The grass verge definitely needs some layers - add some 3d dimension to it otherwise it'll look flat; as for the pavement ...maybe add some darker grey pieces to it otherwise it'll look too plain. Great job so far ... very jealous of your collection :-)

BrickVault I just wanna say you have a great big layout and I think it's going to turn out awesome! My only comment is the top 2 floors on the pet shop are backwards, but other than that I can't wait to see what your city looks like in the future!

Loved your concept pf the race track. As I am a huge NASCAR fan, I also wanted to do some style of race track in my city layout eventually. Would really want to do some oval but the 3D curves I don't think are doable. Would probably do some road course layout.

Don't Mix the mini world with the regular one and put the mini world on the groumd under the regular one

I see this a lot when it comes to building a city they fill everything in like with minifiguges just flesh it all out were you have a good template to start off
