Ingredients :-
10 boiled egg
200 gm.mustard oil
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3 medium size onion roughly chopped
12 to 15 green chilli (as per taste)
10 to 15 cashews
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
150 ml curd
100 ml.cream or malai
1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves roasted and crushed
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ black pepper corn
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
8 cloves
small piece of nutmeg
1 mace
2 tablespoon green coriander leaves finely chopped
