    I`ve done this yesterday with resistance bands tied at my back + holding 1kg weights on both sides. Today my muscles are sour and I walk around like a zombie xD Thank You for ur high quality content !

    My favorite workout!!! This is my go to on days when I'm not running miles. It was challenging to do at first. I thought it was the most difficult workout I've ever done. But now....it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. This workout produces incredible results!!!! It's the best!

    THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating this video! I’ve been doing this workout for weeks now, its just so effective in burning calories! I’m on maternity leave and with the baby, this makes it so easy to so easy to work out at home. Love it! Will you be creating more Extreme workout videos? :)

    We need an even more epic and updated version for this. This is one of my favourite workouts if I'm not able to go to training. Very hardcore love it.

    Thanks J,fell off the wagon (training wagon) for a about 12 months and now I'm back on it,done this today and I have done about 6 other of your videos in the last 10days plus other things and I have lost 5lb in that time,thanks for your time and help ❤️

    That was a tough one. I have bad knees so any of the deeper lunge/squat moves I subbed jump rope in. Killer workout!

    Great workout. I am 77 and try your workouts. I did 4,O00 on that other video. Just saw this after a workout. Will try it tomorrow. Anyway, there is a 84 body builder in my gym. Mr. Peacock. Trained with Arnold. He was stuck in the Philippines during the lockdowns. No gym, but said he, uh you know.
