How do you know what color to paint the base coat so your finished product looks as good as it can

So I have a ?? I got a set of 24x14 deep dish polished aluminum wheels. Would the print stick to polished aluminum and how would it hold up

If you sprayed an intercoat clear over the polished wheels it could work but it wont hold up very well at all. I would not recommend doing this.
