I was jst looking for the same work n I got it 🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹❤ I'm n accordionist from India. n now a days I'm facing tunning problem. The guy comes from the East side of India n I'm on the West side.. So its sooo dificult to wait for the tunner.. Professionally I'm a retired Principal bt do some challenging work.. Now its my turn.. Thank u bro.from the bottom of my heart that how excellent way u explained a tunning table 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤🌹🌹
Thank you Daniel. It's not my idea. Inspired by others who have done similar jigs..... I did it with a few minor changes to suit my needs and convenience.
Normally, professional accordion technicians don't use such a table. We tune the reed blocks "in situ" (mounted in the instrument). Easier, faster and more precise. However, tuning tables are useful when pre-tuning individual reeds.
Hi! Thanks for checking out my video. I wish I could, but two things: 1) I'm not a professional accordion repair man; just an amateur with a passion. 2) My busy day-job will not permit me to commit to such training activities. I wish you the best.
You can NOT tune reeds out of accordion body! If you tune outside of accordion body when you return inside in accordion body it will not be in same tune! This table is only good to check if reeds are working.
Hello Eddie! To the best of my knowledge, I don't think anyone manufactures this. Most professionals build it themselves. I'm not a pro; just an amateur, but felt the need for one, so I built it. It's not difficult to build. Just follow what's in my video. Others have posted their DIY videos too. Build whatever is convenient to you. Good luck!
