Just bought this bag from a website as a Christmas present for my wife, and it arrived with zero protection, or paper inside or plastic covering the hardware.. not sure if that is normal. I assumed it was one that was on display in the store but I intend to return it and order from a different website. just to verify.

Have used my croc Grace bag 5 times and the metal buckle is flaking off bits of gold foil. Terrible quality for the price. Returning to APC.

Oooh so sad to hear.. have you mentioned it to them so they can check if it’s either a defect with just your bag or with all the grace bag
