Hi, I am from Yemen. I have experience in making epoxy and polyurethane protective paints. How much can I work on an airless machine? Is there a job in this field because I love this profession in a terrible way? Please contact me to apply for this job. Thank you.

When he came and blew that leftover grit and dust off the line off he sprayed a bunch of water on that blasted substrate and now that is going to rust underneath there. They should have dryers on their compressors. Also that sandblaster is going to get tired sitting there jerking his arm back and forth, way easier to do long sweeping motions
Totally agree with you, I saw that too. That’s immediate flash rust there, coating adhesion compromised. He should blow air onto the polyethylene until he is sure the air is completely dry before blowing air onto the blasted surface.
I get to do all of that in the ground after those big sections are dropped in. Just me and another guy without all of the machinery. Just a truck with a blaster, propane tiger torches and hand paint on that layer in one shot to exact thickness. I think it's the most demanding job on the pipeline.
Welding joint is protected by Epoxy coating and poly sleeves
to avoid corrosion .l
way better than old days of coating with dope machines...
Great Workers, Great Job! Looking Good

No, it won't rust.
Long sweeping motions on a weld that's maybe a foot a wide? Nope.
