Can you get the answer of a33

a33 would be in row 3, column 3 of your matrix. In the example at the end a33 would not exist because the matrix was a 2 by 3 matrix. For a33 to exist we would need a matrix with at least 3 rows and 3 columns.

Sir why we use "m" for number of rows and "n" for number of column

Hi Hafiz, I don't know about the reason these letters were selected. I don't think m or n are special either. They are in a way placeholders used to represent undefined matrices in examples or lessons.
      One could use r and t for the same purpose. A r × t matrix has r rows and t columns. A g × h matrix has g rows and h columns.

But sir there must be some reason because when we give the name to the shell of an atom k,L,M, N here k is taken from the word ,"kernel" which mean inner most therefore i have confused about m, n

Honestly, I would not be surprised if m was chosen because of matrix starting with m and n was chosen simply because it is next in the alphabet.

I would guess that it’s arbitrary (chosen for no reason, basically).
Math tends to like to pair certain symbols together-there’s no inherent reason why “x and y” represent variables or why “a, b, c” represent constants, or “u, v, w” represent vectors. Similarly, “m and n” are two letters which math likes to pair together a lot, typically as “counts” or “indices” of some kind. Here, they are used to indicate the number of rows and columns in a matrix. But this choice is ultimately arbitrary.

Why we have not used others letter instead of m ,n
