frat boys? the vet who killed himself the next day? drug cartel peeps? relatives of LE? relative of protected persons? whoever drove the truck (fish & wildlife?) seen near there?
Why did he have to get all the prosecution evidence to formulate an alibi? why didn’t he give his alibi immediately so they could clear him as a suspect? I certainly would have if I was innocent. Also the defenses alibi “expert” has been under scrutiny in Colorado by a judge!
Phone tells where he was, prosecution had his phone. He said he was out driving alone, that’s still his alibi, not sure what you are stating there. Most of Moscow PD IS under investigation and has horrible track records. Seek and you shall find.
I think her insights are some of the smartest I've heard on this subject. I certainly wasn't expecting her to bring up Maxwell. You could also add that runners tend to be a bit nuts. Running at night in inclement weather is certainly not an impossibility. As a local to that area I would also add that there tend to be some interesting weather zones around here. You cannot look at what is happening in Moscow and say that is what is happening even 5 miles away. The cell towers in the area are set up to cover the highways. Departure from those is definitely going to result in lost cell coverage.
Andrea Burkhart is AMAZING at explaining what's actually going on! Smartest person I've heard speak on this case and I've been following since the very beginning. Thank you Andrea for coming on the platform and preaching REASON.
Not gonna lie. I wouldn’t convict. At best, circumstantial. It’s a death penalty case and/or life imprisonment w/o parole. Touch DNA for the sheath but none found elsewhere (2 other male DNA samples also found on said sheath) Model of the car mismatch (pretty big differences between the 2011-2013 and 2014-2016 Elantra assuming prosecution were doing their job) Location data
It’s so weird, Webster just changed the definition of “stargazing” in its dictionary to brutally murdering 4 college students in the middle of the night…
They need to get his phone records from the days he has these photos from his "drives" and prove that his phone will surely ping the towers in these locations.
I’d think it’s slightly weaker than claiming he was playing poker on a smooth tree stump with a talking bear named Hugo who sadly passed away before he could give a statement, but I guess he could change my mind by bringing the evidence.
Noooonoonooo he said phone was OFF because it was 'low on battery' and he didnt want it to die so he turned it off. Now all of this is changing??? SUS AF!
With all due respect, I feel like some people need to go back and read his alibi again. It didn’t say that he was star gazing, hiking or running that night. They didn’t say that he had any pictures that night.
The point is he was no where near Moscow during the murders. And they have proof. And the state needs to hand over what they have that is exculpatory, and hope they didn’t get rid of it , so they can’t say “it doesn’t exist “
Well, I assure you that your DNA is found in all the places you visited today, and if a murder occurs in any of those places you were today, you could be guilty even without having committed the crime.

Does anyone know why you can't remove your cell phone battery? So that the GPS is able to continue to track and store your location while it is turned off. The amount of data your phone tracks and keeps about you is scary. They have all that info. Never hear about it, because they don't want us to know. Shutting it off makes you look guilty!
Has anyone noticed how his eyebrows are now trimmed when the eye witness stated at the time of the murders the person seen had bushy eyebrows. Look at the picture when he was arrested and to today’s photo
Not only are they bushy but his prtruding forehead causes shadows on his eyes which makes the eyebrows appear even bushier, it's the main feature that totally stands out on his face. That why DM said that, bc even in dim light it would be noticeable!
While many in here have formed their opinions, let's remember that Kohberger is currently on trial in "the court of public opinion". We remember this with the George Floyd case. That cop did not kill him, and yet he was convicted. My point is..... what if he truly is innocent? The fact that the police have probably put "all their eggs in one basket", if it turns out he is innocent, the real murderer now has a slim to no chance of ever getting caught. The families of the dead will be the most devestated. Let's just keep an open mind. You would not want the public to convict you of something you didn't do, so let's give him the same respect.
The night he claims to be stargazing the national weather service says the weather in that location was overcast and freezing fog. The park he claimed to be at is also closed on the weekends as well as closes at dusk in the weekdays, but the individual in question also suffers from visual snow, something that would make it for hard for the individual in question to do. This was so much better than average, a real treat to have unbiased, intelligent analysis. It'd be amazing to have a video dedicated to this cell-tower analysis stuff; it's always coming up in trials but are we being bamboozled as with DNA data?

You understand these areas being discussed are only about a 10-15 minute drive apart, right? And that the area is littered with cellphone towers, so there aren't deadzones.
Plus the state says he's on I forget what street at like 2:42 am then in the next sentence...We observed BK leaving his apt at 2:57... how's he on whatever street when he hasn't left his apt. yet ? Its right there in the PCA describing this mess...

Why did he have to get all the prosecution evidence to formulate an alibi? why didn’t he give his alibi immediately so they could clear him as a suspect? I certainly would have if I was innocent. Also the defenses alibi “expert” has been under scrutiny in Colorado by a judge!
Exactly
Why didn't the prosecution hand over the discovery that has been asked for 15 times?
Right!! Where is this concrete exculpatory evidence submitted alongside a motion to dismiss all charges and release this innocent person???!!!
That exculpatory evidence doesn't exist that's why
Phone tells where he was, prosecution had his phone. He said he was out driving alone, that’s still his alibi, not sure what you are stating there. Most of Moscow PD IS under investigation and has horrible track records. Seek and you shall find.
I never heard that they saw him get in or out of his vehicle ever
Why bring your phone tomurder someone
I think her insights are some of the smartest I've heard on this subject. I certainly wasn't expecting her to bring up Maxwell. You could also add that runners tend to be a bit nuts. Running at night in inclement weather is certainly not an impossibility. As a local to that area I would also add that there tend to be some interesting weather zones around here. You cannot look at what is happening in Moscow and say that is what is happening even 5 miles away. The cell towers in the area are set up to cover the highways. Departure from those is definitely going to result in lost cell coverage.
Andrea has her own channel! She did an amazing job in the Depp v Heard case!

Not gonna lie. I wouldn’t convict. At best, circumstantial. It’s a death penalty case and/or life imprisonment w/o parole.

I don't think someone that self admittedly "doesn't believe in science" is a very credible expert.
It’s so weird, Webster just changed the definition of “stargazing” in its dictionary to brutally murdering 4 college students in the middle of the night…
They need to get his phone records from the days he has these photos from his "drives" and prove that his phone will surely ping the towers in these locations.
I’d think it’s slightly weaker than claiming he was playing poker on a smooth tree stump with a talking bear named Hugo who sadly passed away before he could give a statement, but I guess he could change my mind by bringing the evidence.
that seems much more plausible....let's wait for Hugo's testimony
😂😂 Hugo , where you at?
video game education eh?
Haha My Dogs name is Hugo....😅😅😅
It’s a better alibi that “I was sleeping by myself”, whenever the guy could walk across the street in half a minute and has more of a motive
It doesn’t say anything so how exactly is it an alibi
And it says his PHONE was not in Moscow...it deliberately &carefully never says HE wasn't in Miscow? Hmmmmm...
Imagine that!
@JohannaTx-they had to submit an alibi by the deadline. This is all he could come up with, and no it does not get him off the hook in any way.
The point is he was no where near Moscow during the murders. And they have proof. And the state needs to hand over what they have that is exculpatory, and hope they didn’t get rid of it , so they can’t say “it doesn’t exist “
Cameras have no plate and no picture of who is driving. And remember we got a stock photo 2011 to 2013. That’s not his car.
I’ve been saying from the start it wasn’t him. It was a police officer who committed this crime.
Case closed. Thanks.
Why you think this?

Well, I assure you that your DNA is found in all the places you visited today, and if a murder occurs in any of those places you were today, you could be guilty even without having committed the crime.
@@nellym.6555his DNA shows up on the sheath for the knife that was used in the crime at the crime scene. And his phone was off during the time of the killings. The odds of anyone else having committed this crime is astronomical.

Yay!! Another BK sycophant. How funny. Like little cheerleaders for the defense. Ted Bundy had groupies like you too.

Wait don’t iPhones record movement or activity on the phone? I remember in the Murdoch trial there was evidence the phone was in use at certain times
Yes and that’s why the alibi and phone meta data will prove his innocence.
So if they had this info all along, why did they not sit til now to give it?
If it was cloudy the night of the murders, where he claimed to be, how would he STILL be driving around for hours? Why wait until the clouds cleared?
But you don't know that it was cloudy the whole night. I have a weather app that says it's going to rain and it doesn't rain.
@williamtardy8137 daily observations from the night in question are recorded cloudy from 133am- 953am Nov 13th 2022, according to Weather Underground. Temperature between 28- 30*F
There is a record of it. Now, that is in Moscow. Maybe he claims to be elsewhere but I have doubts
The weather apps around that time predicted meteor showers
Andrea is brilliant, yet easy to understand.
Bingo. Removing the battery is the only way to really go off grid.
Newer cell phones don't have removable batteries.
@@polkadotsuzanne9306 And the attacks on 9/11 are the reason!
@@alexpriedite1447yeah what phone this day even has a removable battery? Surely none made in the last decade almost.
The phones track amazing amounts of information. When screen lights up, unlock times, keys pressed. The list goes on
So all these areas that he says he’s been driving around in that night that’s where they should go look for the murder weapon🤔

Well said. And this is a death penalty case.
It will be appealed immediately
Prosecution has to be particularly tight.
🤞🏼
I agree. He deserves a fair trial. This case & the Delphi case has the most polarized opinions in the comments
Utter B.S
so a person with visual snow murdered 4 people in the early morning hours?
His alibi doesn't say he was stargazing.
It has litterally never been confirmed be suffers from visual snow lol.

Touch DNA means nothing. You are wearing strangers touch DNA at this very moment
"Touch DNA" testing also may be causing false convictions
What don’t you understand about touch dna? It’s been explained a thousand times. Someone could have touch his car door handle and the pca says the sheath was “placed” there as his dna probably was. What about the other male dna found at the scene? They didn’t say that was touch dna
