You can even use first miceller water/ cleansing oil / cleansing balm and then follow up with a foaming facial cleanser

Try fuzed sunscreen. It has a matte finish and washes off easily when you do wudu but it stays on for quite some time as it's fast absorbing.
I have oily acne prone skin and it didn't trigger my acne at all. Been using it for a year now. Hope this helps!
