Super minor correction: Dark Beast Ganon can also be damaged by Ancient Arrows, Master Sword beams, and the Twilight Bow (amiibo item), not just the Bow of Light. But yeah, either way Cuccos still wouldn't be able to damage him.

I didn't actually know about the sword beam, that's cool
I learned about the ancient arrows when I forgot to switch to the bow of light and thought it wasn't working because I lacked normal arrows...
It also provided a good plot point in my adventure to beat Ganon with joy con drift.
No to mention the Twilight bow... I think.

I only found out three months ago that Daruk’s Protection saves you from falling, as long as it’s not a bottomless pit.

Ah yes, the cucco disappears when hitting ganon in his final stage. Ganon simply absorbed the malice of the cucco, a being of repressed malice.
I haven't finished the video, but if DougDoug can kill a Lynel with cuccos, then Swanky can do it to Ganon.

3 (extra credit, since he mentioned it in passing). Besides pits, what way is there to permanently kill a Cucco?
Can you imagine how hard it would be to get fried cucco. It would be super hard to kill those aggressive chickens.

i like how this is literally the FIRST video i get in my recommended after beating BOTW.
Cuccoos are crazy. I remember the first time as a kid hitting them in OoT laughing and then quickly realising id messed up big style 🤣

That's all they need when they can swarm you for eternity. Nothing escapes the wrath of the cuccos. Except loading zones. Loading zones are the cucco's only weakness.

@@DatBoiChucklez hm,yes but no,I mean,people don't find it out until they manage to kill one while fearing to get their ass kicked by damned chickens (I found out becouse my little sister was and sometimes still is one of those unfortunate souls who is obsessed with killing everything they see in front of them,animals too).
If it was of more importance then Nintendo would have had to say 'kill animals on purpose',I mean,you see what I'm trying to say??
Animalists wouldn't have liked it.
They created the typical cucco animation so that players would avoid trying to kill animals in order not to have animal violence in the game (even though why putting an animation when you could have made them invincible like npcs?maybe they did to punish people for trying to kill a poor and innocent animal..)

Beast calamity can’t be hurt by anything except the bow of light.
Wrong, he gets hurt just as much by ancient arrows
And silver arrows as well
And Master Sword beams
You can also hurt dark beast ganon using beams from the master sword so you don't actually need the bow of light

Short answer: No, mods are required and even so his second phase is immune
You can hit dark beast with the bow of light, twilight bow, master sword beams, and ancient arrows if hit in the weak points.
One of the oldest fun facts but still interesting non the less

you could have parried ganon's sword attacks to remove the shield as well.
Quick question, were you holding the twilight bow (from the amibo) or a glitched bow of light?
Also, the bow of light should have been a reward for 100% the game

Not necessarily. It stops being the item you were trying to use when you start tampering with what the tags say its allowed to do, but it's the same item if you cheat spawn it exactly what it was in a area you usually can't get it too
@@WhatHappenedIn-vt3vq I dont think I disagree with that but it doesnt really hold up at either level in this case. If you need to spawn them somewhere new and turn off flags (which I believe was the case, havent watched since I commented), at that point youre just molding the problem to fit the solution. Within the parameters of the actual game you cant win with cuccos, even if you did manage to spawn them somewhere impossible. You could beat Ganon in OoT with only a gibdo mask if you ace in a spooky mask that does damage, but that doesnt mean a spooky mask can beat the game, or that if you were just able to equip the regular spooky mask as adult it would suddenly be 'possible'

So dumb me 3 years ago didn’t know you have to switch to the bow of light to use it, so I used ancient arrow against dark beast Gannon
So calamity Gannon can also be killed with ancient arrows too, but it’s harder to hit
Same, in my joy con drift playthrough (aka first run) I didn't switch to it and because I had no more normal arrows I thought that was the reason. Another interesting thing is the master sword beam also hurts dark beast Ganon, but it's a bit tricky on the final one (if not impossible)
