For race shift you need rear sets with the gear leaver connected to the peg so the shift rod runs diagonal over the frame to avoid clearance issues

Yes lad! Just discovered your bike build here and in response to the rearsets (if you haven't sorted already), R&G do a race shift set up and so do Bonamici. Reactive parts stock the Bonamici ones and I've got them on my bike. I'd suggest buying a few spare footpegs and some spare shifter pegs as they can come loose on track (speaking from experience)👍
