      Congratulations on your finding this and experiencing this Supernatural life changing divine, profound once in a lifetime DIVINE process. I just experienced it January 10, 2023 and instantly put into permanene mental silence, The State of Established Thoughtless Awareness. That very people on Earth have experienced and state that several Wise Ones in history acheived like Budda, Sadhguru, Eckhart Toole and others. Shri Mataji Nimala Devi gave me Divine Guidance on January 9th that lead me to this. In my opinion she is the the Incarnation of The Holy Spirit that came that came to Earth for the enlightenment of Mankind.

      Congratulations. Could you please clarify a few things end then I can clarify more for you. Did it happen 2 days ago? How have your thoughts changed since following the video. Did they stop most of the time while you are awake? Or just stop or change during meditation? With your comment Jai Sshri Mataji, I figure you were already in Sahaja Yoga? Is that true??? If so they you already had your self-realization, kundalini meditation. At 6:40 during this video Shri Mataji said "This exercise will give you establishment of "Thoughtless Awareness". When it happened to me I didn't know what to expect and when they stopped after the video I didn't know how long that would last. It has lasted about 150 days so far so I consider it to be permanent. Shri Mataji in the video with her breathing patterns created a gap in breathing enough times in a sacred patterm that it put a permanet gap in me thoughts. Except when I choose to think. My meditations were great before and now they are even better. I deifinitely feel better all the time now ans even about my life. It's the best thing that ever happened to me. I feel like I am improved in several ways. I started in Sahaja Yoga in March 2009 and even helped teach it for 9 years. Sometimes on my own before doing this process I could silence my mind often in meditation but only for a few seconds outside of meditation. I had medtiated for up to 4 hours at a time. At night i could also just lie there and be in complete bliss and thoughtless for a long time but not awake. This video really improved things for me. Please tell me some more about yourself before and after this video. I can then see if I can help you in anyway or if you got it all under control yourself.

    Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi is the Incarnation of 'The Holy Spirit" as foretold by wise ones and prophets for thousands of years. Her photo emits healing kundalini energy so I meditate with one of her photos in front of me. I know I volunteered and taught Sahaja Yoga Kundalini meditation in the Toronto Public Library for 9 years. Shri Mataji as a teenager helped Gandhi free India. He wanted her with him to help him because he knew she was special & divine.

    The last 10 seconds of this video Shri Mataji says "This excercise will give you the 'Establishment of Thoughtless Awareness". Which means you are in mental silence connected with the Divine, you are 'In This Moment'. It transformed me into living In this moment now thoughtlessly. An achievement of a lifetime, as truly living in this moment now is ultimate awakening way of living. I have been amazed by it for 11 days now and am profoundly thankful as I notice benefits of doing that. It is a huge leap in my life. Fear is gone and confidence and appreciation is happening all day.

      @@mikec1222 Hello I am very happy for you. How did the process go for you. Did you stop thought with one listen? I watched it 3 times to make sure I got it right and presto. All my thoughts stopped permenently since January 10, 2023, except the odd time when I choose to think. The difference is really great for me, almost heavenly the inner peace and quiet. Please let me know if it worked for you. If it didn't work then try it a few more times and if it didn't work. Then there is a maximum 1 hour Sahaja Yoga process that you can do then do this process again. Best regards.

    God I needed this one. Reducing breathing was natural for me to feel IT. Immediate moment to start meditation. Take it from me, I was born in catholic church teaching and you will find spirituality nowhere there. There is, Spirit is always here. But Shri is up to deliver. Just absorb

      We practice thoughtless awareness meditation daily for ten minutes in morning and ten minutes in evening with a footsoak, and it clears, balances and strengthens Our energy bodies... mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.

    Holy Grail of enlightenment. Fabulous, because right at the end Shri Mataji says, at 6:40 "This exercise will give you establishment of 'Thoughtless Awareness'. "There is no thought". Mental silence is feeling good living in the moment connected to and guided by God towards your desires. Follow this recording precisely and pay close attention to Shri Mataji's breathing instructions and you will be connected to God in this talk. It will silence your mind and give you insight and impulses without any words or thoughts. I followed it and changed for the better instantly Jan 9th and since then living in the zone connected with God throughout the day in mental silence and inner peace. Watching and doing this the first time is an Mega event in my life giving me more mental abilities and insight in my life. I did this talk 3 times in 6 days and it got even deeper, most profound and powerful. This is my Holly Grail talk with one exercise that puts me in the Zone in this moment in less than 6 minutes and I experience it my whole waking day. It is a divine blessing all day long.

      My understanding is that thoughts can only stop through a long practice of self-enquiry, as taught by Sri Ramana Maharshi, through the destruction of the "I" thought, which is said to be the first thought.
      I am confused by this exercise. How can putting our attention on our breathing and emotions stop all thought? Even even we're able to slow down our breathing, how can that be maintained throughout the day? How can we stop breathing? Even if thoughts stop, they will resume as soon as our attention goes elsewhere.
      Grateful for your response as I find your comments intriguing, which brought me to this video.

      @@Tommy7855 Hello, the objection is not to slow down your breathing. The objection of this video to to shift you from a state of mainly thinking to a state of mainly no thoughts, in Established Thoughtless Awareness. By following the breathing patterns for 3 minutes from 1 minute to the 4 minute mark you going to create a temporary gap in your breathing, which will also create a gap in your thinking so that you shift from mainly thinking living in a state of thoughtless awareness except that you are still free to think, however being in the automatic thinking mode will have ended with this video. Just follow Shri Mataji's breathing exactly as she tells you, because it is a Divine Process that shifts you from thinking about the past or the future to being in mental silence in the Eternal Present Moment NOW, where there is being and doing in the moment instead of thinking about the past or future. It happened to me by following along with this video and I did it 3 times to make sure as it has so many benefits and it was new to me. Now living in Established Thoughtless Awareness is having some Heaven on Earth benefits for me. Forget about other people's concepts about trying to control your thoughts with self-enquiry or worse yet Mindfulness, because what you want in Mental Silence Now, because Mental Silence is the Kingdom of God, where you are connected with God/Source and being guided in the moment without thinking, which automatically takes you out of the present NOW to either thinking, which is either about the past or the future, but meanwhile all your power is in the moment, and not in thinking, which instantly takes you out of the present where your power is.

      @@Tommy7855 Did you thoughts stop after doing this video? Except of course unless occasionally when you choose to think? I commend you on your paying attention to this video and to your reply and question. The answer to your question is NO the gap in your thinking won't be lost after you pay attention to and follow the breathing patterns exactly as Shri Mataji guides you. THE GAP IS PERMANENT IT IS ESTABLISHED THOUGHTLESS AWARENESS, however you are still free to think, however being thoughtless becomes the new normal for you, which is a Godsend. Regular logic doesn't apply to this video because it is a divine process created by a Divine Master beyond anyone on Earth. Ordinarily one would think as you are suggesting that the gap in thoughts would be gone. However this is not an ordinary process created and explained by an ordinary person. The gap in thinking that this video creates is permanent. I experienced it on Jan 10, 2023 and have been in mental silence the majority of the time since then except when I choose to think. Whereas before Jan 10, 2023 I was almost all the time in thoughts and rarely in mental silence except when I was in Mother Nature or meditating. Shri Mataji is a divine being, supposedly the incarnation of The Holy Spirit, which I believe to be true after my years of studying Sahaja Yoga. I taught Sahaja Yoga for 9 years and have followed it for 14 years. I was never told about the possibility of being in Established Thoughtless Awareness even though I was seeing hundreds of Sahaja Yoga events and speaking with many dozens of other teachers of it. I was guided to this video by Shri Mataji and it is the best thing that ever happened to me. Life living in established thoughtless awareness after my simply following this video for 3 times within 20 minutes has improved and had many benefits. So forget about what anyone else says even other gurus about being thoughtless, as almost everyone on Earth is not at the level of Shri Mataji, and she had done endless miracles while she was alive. I bought many of the books about her thousands of miracles she did. She did many for me personally.

      @@Tommy7855 Just pay attention to the breathing exercises in this video and repeat them pricily as Shri Mataji says, because what happens is that as she has you pause your breathing in a very Divine sequence it actually also installs a gap in your thoughts. I didn't understand it yet I did is exactly as she says and I did the video 3 times just to be sure and within 20 minutes I was from then on the majority of my life since January 10, 2023 living with my Thought Switch in the OFF position. You don't have to understand it for it to work. You only do the breathing pattern during the video. You never have to breath that way ever after doing this video. This video is the Holy Grail to living in ETA e
      established thoughtless awareness, which is the best thing to happen to me in my long life. If following this video exactly as Shri Mataji says then I would suggest that you get your Kundalini Awakening in a 15 minute process at the website. www.freemediation.com. Forget about what anyone says about Kundalini Awakening because Shri Mataji created a 15 minute process that does it instead of going for 6 months to Tibet with a Monk. Don't overthink things just follow my instructions and do what Shri Mataji says. Other gurus on Earth and in history didn't understand what Shir Mataji will teach you if you just follow her 2 processes that I mention here. The majority of so called gurus nowadays are clueless on the depth of this 2 processes. Self inquiry is NOT the way to being thoughtless. That is totally false.     SIX MINUTE MIRACLE experiencing, activating and establishing THE MOST POWERFUL AND BENEFICIAL MEDITATION PROCESS AND STATE OF BEING IN HISTORY. 'The state of Established Thoughtless Awareness.' Two days later and I am still all day long in an established state of Thoughtless Awareness. Since doing this exercise, when I am awake I am experiencing non-stop established peace of mind. That is an incredibly profound miracle for me as I was until today usually only in thoughtless awareness for sometimes very short moments like seconds and sometimes more frequents moments of off and on Thoughtless Awareness, never continuously for more than a minute just off and on and I had to be optimally focused to get myself into that state of being. This Continuous Thoughtless Awareness process is truly an advanced continuous state of being with many benefits. This is the first time in my 14 years with Sahaja Yoga that I ever even heard of continuous Thoughtless Awareness and I never knew or even imagined it could be possible and it's completely Miraculous that it can be achieved at all especially in just six minutes in this short video. My prayers are answered this week. There are so many benefits that I can imagine for myself and my future now that I achieved the Miracle of being in Continuous Thoughtless Awareness. It is an extremely rare event for any meditater even for a teacher of Sahaja Yoga meditation. I never even heard it mentioned in my 14 years with Sahaja Yoga. It definitely is a shortcut for living In The Zone connected with your Inner Being and the Divine. This is a life changing video. This is the best part I ever found in Sahaja Yoga. This is a 6 minute shortcut to the best goal people want in meditation so it can really help them with their lives. I've practiced 3 advanced meditations over the past 30 years including 14 years in Sahaja Yoga of which I taught it for 9 years and this is the best process and shortcut to powerful meditation benefits because of being in the deep profound state of established thoughtless awareness, which is being in established connection with the Divine.

      Hi, I can feel Your joy and amazement, and rightly so. Jai Sri Mataji! It's Our desire (left side) and action (right side) meditating, teaching, listening to these talks, etc., that is needed to ascend and You had/did them both/all.
      Your efforts have been rewarded! I tend to think it wasn't just the power of this talk, but that this talk was the culmination of Your development over time, and was heard at just the right time for You.
      I remember listening to this one while making coffee, a week ago today, and it brought back memories of Shiva telling Parvati the 112 methods of meditation, and He spoke a lot about the breath, particularly the "turning of the breath" the space between the in and out breath & the out and in breath. (Like the time between day and night, dusk and dawn... the ideal meditation times; and like the space between the thoughts... the thoughtless awareness times.)
      Shiva was implying; no breath, no thought.
      The afore mentioned 112 methods, are written in a very brief and poetic way, and probably lose a little in translation too.
      When listening to this talk, I remember being enamored with Mother for expressing the cryptic wisdom of Shiva, in more simple and direct terms. 'She's amazing because of Who She is of course', I said to Myself.
      Because I wasn't giving this talk the attention it deserved at the time I thought, I'll try this technique more consciously and deliberately, Your comment has reminded and inspired Me to do so again.
      Another thing I remember thinking when listening to this was how, when I come out of those deep extraordinary meditations, that One is sometimes blessed with, deep samadi, nirvichara or nirvikalpa samadhi, when totally absorbed in meditation; when I gradually arrive back in the maya of 'reality', I notice My breathing is barely noticeable, as though it had stopped even.
      In fact I recall reading an essay by Someone a long time ago, relaying an experience of super deep meditation and She was talking about slowing or even stopping maybe Her breathing & I thought at the time that doesn't sound safe at all, like risky or reckless behavior, but alas, it may be more natural than We presume.
      Now, this all also reminds Me of another related lecture I heard, but have lost track of, that was from a Gentleman talking from a medical background about the anatomy of the heart, meditation, and this subject of non-air-breathing, (but blood-oxygen-breathing) linked to the example of the fetus, and the oxygen in the blood, and the mechanical design ability of the heart valves to be able to actually do this. Mind blowing talk I must try to find it again.
      Should stress the importance of the, "don't try this at home", disclaimer here of course.
      Wow sorry for going on so long here, I must be picking up on Your excitement, but I've just had another revelation related to this! Have You heard of The Ice Man, Wim Hof?, Well at the beginning of His breathing technique, which He says is an adaptation of ancient Yogic techniques, He does a blood oxygenation process consisting of full puffing in and out breaths for a minute before starting His breath holding sequence. I'm thinking this blood oxygenation may be beneficial before sitting for thoughtless awareness too.

I have been in a constant State of Established Thoughtless Awareness for 11 days now since doing the 2 minute process in this video. I have been living In The Moment for 11 days. It is a miracle in each moment that without thinking I take an action and divine guidance guides my actions without having to think at all. That is the first time in my life it has been ongoing instead of only when in deep meditation or occasionally during the day. I hope that you also did it and had the same result that I did? I have checked out The Ice Man a little his actions are too extreme for me, however as you mentioned he has divine breathing process that he uses. Best regards. My life is much better since I actually did the 2 minute process in this video. May your life be fillled with divine alignment, blessings and especially, Established Thoughtless Awareness, which in my opinion is the greatest gift in my long life. I never heard of it ever before this video and know I live in it.

      @@Drew_Hurst Hello my Enlightened friend. **Do you know where there is another video than has the process for getting in 'Established Thoughtless Awareness,'** please. Also do you know if this process still works if you never had your Sahaja Yoga -self realisation/kundalini awakening process? I'm asking that on behalf of others, because I already had that for myself in 2009 and I loved it immediately. I even ended up volunteering and teaching Sahaja Yoga for 9 years. It took a long time to quiet my mind but I continued to get better over the years but never until this month was in Established Thoughtless Awareness, which is great being in the last 3 weeks. One cool thing I heard is that the "May the Force be with you" from Star Wars movies, is actually divine Kundalini Energy, the divine power of The Holy Spirit, which I access daily. Thank God.

Congratulations. I've been studying self-improvement for 50 years and did 3 advanced meditation courses including doing The Silva Method 3 day course 5 times from 1993 to 2006 also volunteered and taught Sahaja Yoga for free in the Toronto Public Library for 9 years and have taken 3 courses by Dr. Frank Kinslow- QE, Instant Healing (I did hundreds of instant healings with QE in person and at a distance for 12 years, and owned a collection of 2,000 non-fiction self improvement books on many topics and categories. My IQ was tested at 142 IQ years ago. This 6 minute Shri mataji video was perhaps the best of them all as I'm always in mental silence In The Moment for 3 weeks now, a divine blessing. Anyways Drew I wish you the best in your life. I am curious if you are also in Established Thoughtless Awareness and if so how it effected your life? I hope you are. As Abraham Hicks says, "You are already brilliant, capable and worthy." I'm excited about how good this year will turn out now that I am in Established Thoughtless Awareness.
