The original is cool but it's also a unreadable mess that isn't balanced that well. Very smooth animation as well. KitCat is a lot more lively from a few simple changes; pulsing/head-bopping to the music, the animation and no parts where KitCat is static. There are 2 spots with invisible hitboxes which is unfortunate (it could also just have to do with my 1366x768 monitor. Although most of the time that gets treated as if it's 16:9, it's technically 683:384 so that could potentially cause some issues.) I have memorised where they are and how to avoid them so it's fine. Generally speaking I love this remake so much

Original is one hexagon spinng counter/anti-clockwise and one square spinning clockwise Most KitCat spins that don't affect gameplay are faster in the remake.
