Easily have the mechs to be champ. Champ rly doesn't need much in the way of mechs. It's just a decision making and tactics problem, combined with solo queueing.
Get a tm, learn each others habits and strengths and build upon them, to start making plays. Alternatively watch some flakes and just stop doing dumb stuff. The temptation to dive is strong, but it's diamond there's really no need, they will just hand you the ball most of the time and the rest you shadow, funnel to and then stall in your own corner til they over commit and then counter with a 2v1.
