this is top 10 best anime cross overs for me lmao I've followed this man's career since i was 8 years old back in the early ETF days - it's crazy to see how far he's come!!
It’s so great to see Ronnie discussing trauma/PTSD, bc it’s a conversation that needs to be had societally for so so many reasons. Obviously it sucks that he had to go through it, but it’s great that he’s open and using it for good.
@@alfonsoreyes8121 well for my personal opinion I'd say yes. Last couple years Corey Taylor hasn't caught my attention, not saying he's anything less then great either, I did like most of 'we are not your kind' album and couple other songs. But Ronnie's music catches my attention probably because of relating to his music. Slipknot is a great band don't get me wrong or take it the wrong way but I relate more to Ronnie's music that's why I think he's the Goat of this generation.
@@alfonsoreyes8121 beyond that, Ronnie's vocals have improved tremendously since his mix tapes and anything ten years ago. He gets you to feel his emotions in his songs and always been a experience.
@@spite_beeekilled3643 if internet followers is how you gauge someones importance than you've got some shit to learn. They said it was personal opinion.
That's so crazy, what Ronnie says about when it gets quiet, he got more nervous. Its the same way I got after being in Iraq from Multiple tours. When the town went silent, the speakers on the mosque were silent or especially when all the people started their children AND their livestock and bringing them indoors especially on roads we constantly used everyday we knew that shit was about to go off. So now I can't do silence I can't even sleep without the TV or radio on because I hear everything am I brain goes wild.
This was very interesting. I've heard Ronnie talk about his experiences before, but never in such detail. I admire how he managed to turn his life around. Music career and talent besides, to overcome so much issues is an awesome achievement. Greetings from Germany
So proud of Ronnie. He seems to be in a good place. He went through hell and back and come back swinging. Absolutely amazing talent and interesting individual. Love to sit and drink coffee with the dude
Yeah.....everyone has there own personal hell.....apparently his involved getting a shitload of tattoos including on his forehead.....so inspirational.....
I've been a fan of Ronnie's since 2013, and am proud to say he's one of my all time favorite music influencers of his generation. He's very inspiring from the music he's created over the years, to the struggles he's overcome. He's a true legend, and so is Jericho I've been watching him wrestle my entire childhood. I'm 23 now and still a fan of them both in my mind and soul.
Prison never gets you ready for the outside they just throw you out in the world and hope you don't come back. It's sad actually. I'm glad he's grown as a person and shares his life through his songs. It helps a lot of ppl.
Chris, thank you for this. Ronnie kinda saved my life this year and your "you just made the list" era helped me through hard times too. Thanks for this.
I can relate to Ronnie so much. Though my stint was a year, having to climb that mountain again after getting out has been 10yrs in the making for me.mam these guys are going places!
I know what Ronnie means about the dopamine from getting released. Unfortunately I've been to jail twice, my first time was in 2008...and obviously this was a new experience, I didn't know how all of this worked. But I had my arraignment the next day after being assigned to a block. Which was nothing more than talking to a judge on this shitty TV monitor for him to tell me my court date, which was 54 days from that day. So I finally had my court hearing, I was found felony guilty for possession of Marijuana...but then the judge ends my hearing and tells me nothing about when I was getting out. I tried asking around no one would tell me anything...so 5 days later, they call my name and tell me to get my shit. I go back up front, put on the smelly ass clothes I was wearing the day I got there, and I follow a guard out through a door that leads outside, and he goes back in and closes it behind him saying nothing to me. I'm standing there for like 20 minutes, not having any clue that I was just released because no one told me anything, and I'm just thinking to myself "is he coming back? I don't want to move and they think I tried to run or some shit". But eventually some other guards come out the door and pay me no mind at all...and it kind of hit me right there that I was free...and that feeling you get is unreal.
Wow, amazing I never thought I would see Jericho and Ronnie Radke talking in a podcast. Both geniuses. Chris has to be one of the smartest guys, ever, first of all, you don’t see many professional wrestlers coming as far as he has come so obviously, he is extremely smart because you don’t normally get as far as he has without getting hurt or getting in trouble with illegal things. He has an amazing rock band. He’s an amazing wrestler. He was one of the starters of AEW which personally I think is 1000 times better than WWE than RONNIE Radke also obviously a genius in his own right with pipes I don’t think World has really seen, he can sing anything I can see him on Broadway blowing Broadway away, this guy can do anything. I would love to see these two work together. I can’t even imagine the amazing things they could do.

I discovered Ronnie from listening his songs old band Escape the Fate in probably 2008/09. His first album was so good.
I had the chance to listen to this episode of Talk Is Jericho yesterday and was really intrigued by Ronnie's stories
Great interview! Ronnie seems like a great guy, it’s good to hear him tell of his past.
