Each year, we create a video as a visual diary of the kung fu journey-a tradition that began in 2014. These videos are not for promotion or commercial gain (I have already done too much in the design industry); they are a reflection of our heart and passion for this art. Life is tough and often challenging, but knowing what we love and doing what we love gives us strength.
Over the years, I’ve been blessed to meet incredible people, witness their growth, and share in the positive energy (chi) that helps us all become better person. 10 years have flown by, and I’m deeply grateful to walk this unique journey with my students and friends.
