This tutorial is extremely helpful! The "deposited to" drop down does not appear on payments that were paid by credit card. Do you know why that is and if there is a work around for this issue?
That's unusual. Can you let me know what you're looking at? Invoice/Receive Payment/Deposit? If you can share a link to a screenshot that would be helpful.
@@GentleFrog Looking at the Receive Payment screen. I am trying to share a screenshot but not having much luck. I also found that the drop down does not appear on other payments made besides credit cards so it is not solely that. I wonder if it is something in my settings?🤔
@@shaunjones2610 It should be there without needing to do anything special in the settings. YT doesn't let you add images to comments directly but if you can save the screenshot to Google Drive, Imgur, etc. You can post a link and I can take a look.
Hi and thank you for this video. It is the only one I could find after days of searching what to do with my duplicate deposits. The problem is my accountant told me to delete them and not knowing it would put all of my numbers out in my reconciliation page, I did what he said. Now I don't know what to do to fix it....HELP!!!

Thanks for this video. Problem I'm having now is after I deleted the duplicate reconciled income, when I want to reconcile again, I have a discrepancy for the total amount deleted.

This worked for me until I tried to match a deposit to 2 invoices where the payment was less than full for the 2 invoices. I could not enter a smaller amount for the second invoice.
