Awesome content, I love these drills and although I'm comfortable with sparring, I'm going to implement these as a good technical tune-up! Thanks for the video coach!!!
Impressive video. Could you please prepare a lesson on how to legally cancel the ace kick in a match? Most common taught are side kick to the ankle or blocking with crescent kick. Thanks and congratulations.
i am really affraid of being offensive in sparring. my defense work is really good. i am hard to hit in the face and i can block most lowkicks. but i am affraid to kick high or pushkick.i am also not aggreesive in sparring. more lazy and calm but still i am not happy at all
I’m going for black belt soon and when I do competitions I get a lot of crazy punchers and they come flying in with the punches. I’m more of a kicker but how do I overcome someone who just wants to punch a lot?
I think you are the best teacher
Where was this video last month when I got my a💲💲 handed to me? 😂😂😂

Hello I’m one of your fans I’ve learned so much techniques from you but can you make a video on how to beat a opponent that always punches?
❤
Generally you would keep them away with your kicks. It takes a while to get in with a punch. I will try to make a vid on this.
👍👍👍👍
Love your vids :)
Keep it up❤
Thank you, I appreciate the support!
❤😍
I need help @W1 Teakwondo when you are thin fight fat people in sparring

You keep them away with your kicks. Your legs are longer than their arms. You also counter through clinch moves.
when you slide do you use ur leg then push the ground to move or do you just step
sliding means moving both feet in the same time, like a small quick leap. A step is a step
