Good question Alee. Angle 1 and Angle 6 are not Alternate Interior or Alternate Exterior. They are supplementary angles because the two of them add up to 180 degrees.

Hi Maria, you don't need to know the exact measurements for the angles. If two angle form a straight line, then they always add up to 180 degree. It really doesn't make any difference what each angle is as long as they form a straight line.
