Pirelli Scrubbing | Kawasaki Z650RS motorcycle

The weather in South Australia at the moment is mind glowingly bad. High winds and more high winds and extreme cold temperatures mean we have to take the sunny days when we get them. Trouble is standing still in the sun is one thing, riding a motorcycle at 110kph is something else. It’s only then we notice just how cold the wind chill is, no matter how hard the sun tries to warm us. As you can hear at the start of the video, we were competing in the shed with the wind blowing a gale in through the open doorway, and the birds taking shelter in the rafters. We did manage to get the Kriega US30 attachments sorted on Farmer Chris’s bike, and I managed to attach my bargain tank bag as well. I think I need some thick foam so I can craft padding for the drone but all in good time. It certainly seems to be comfortably and strongly attached. After that, all that was left was to do some SCRUBBING.

We’ve taken BMW GS700s from Ushuaia to Machu Pichu in South America, taken RE Classic 500’s around Rajasthan in India, ridden off road in Cyprus, and covered a lot of New South Wales on R1’s and Fazer 600’s, and South Australia on MT09’s and now Kawasaki Z650RS’s.

We’re all about bringing you a weekly #motovlog videos riding motorbikes, in particular our twin Kawasaki Z650RS’s. We do this full time. We love adventure travel, extreme travel, and sometimes just easy relaxing travel along with the odd skydive and bungee jump.
