First of all, pigs have shorter lifespans than humans, therefore the ratio of ages is shortened. A four year old pig is more or less equal to a sixteen-ish year old human in terms of age. Second, even if that weren't the case and if I'm wrong, it wasn't specifically stated that she was or wasn't a toddler, either.
