i have already tried so many videos here on TH-cam to fix this issue, it turns out that my Microsoft Office is already a 2021 version and those video tutorials I've watched are 2016 versions that's why it didn't work.
To u guys who may encounter the same problem as me, maybe u should check first the version of your Microsoft before trying the video tutorial solution.
