When you are singing as a witness it is so different from just entertaining and making money. These men and many of those of their generation sang to GOD's glory. Today, Jesus is just big business.

Yes! I do the love the congregational-- "everybody singing, not so professional" variety best, but this is good, too. Wish they double-checked the lyrics-- "making ME God's dear child." I don't mean to be picky, but there are three reasons I wish the singers (all singers) would double-check words instead of singing from memory: 1. It changes the message, even if slightly; 2. It is grammatically inconsistent. 3. There is a certain pleasure in singing something you know, whether aloud or in your mind, and hearing the words you grew up singing.

While a song leader in a small emerging congregation, we would occasionally have visitors from St Louis, one of which was a Soprano seldom equaled. When I would see her walk in the door, I would alter the music selections for that AM and insert Wonderful Grace of Jesus. Wonderful
John Starnes was always amazing. I wish Gaither music would show more videos of him singing. I also would love to see him and Janet sing together. They both were part of the crusade team and sang together for years. I loved to hear them at church for all those years along with the rest of the crusade team when I was in high school and college.

It should be pointed out that everyone needs to repent. Regarding this video I cannot criticise the quality of the singing. However I personally prefer a choir version of this praise with a piano, without the gimmicks.
