    I'm still using jerks, buzz baits, spinners, and jig along riprap around the Phoenix area. Still very warm out here. But slow 3/8oz jig weather is not too far out. I appreciate all your time and effort making this for us.

    Ive been watching you guys for years, finally got a boat last winter and have been getting better weekly, at finding fish with the knowledge you have provided . water temps are in the mid to upper 40s up here in CT, so the winter transition feels like its on for sure Thanks for great content

    I live in the deep deep south, and fish are already start to move offshore. I think a jerkbait and a deep crank will prove to be the best methods for the coming time.

    I love the channel. I would love videos specifically for the south and specifically for the north though. Lure types and colors, water temperature, species available, etc are very different in different parts of this large country.

    20,30,40,50 fish a day?!! 😳 I’m a new bass fisherman and really started to focus and pay attention to my local bass patterns. I made a New Year’s resolution to catch 20 this year. Thanks to you both I’m at 14 bass this year so far and almost there lol 😂 fingers crossed cause it’s gonna get tougher

      Keep it up brother, I'm pretty new to fishing as well. I started a little over a year ago and thought fishing was only worm under bobber and that was always boring to me as a kid. Gave it another try as an adult and ultimately fell in love with throwing lures. I only caught a handful of fish last year and I set out a goal to catch 100 fish this year including other species. I'm at 72 now, not a lot by any margin when others will catch thousands a year. Baby steps tho, one thing you can't do is compare yourself to others. I'm content in my progress as an angler and will set higher goals in the future. Here in Arizona it can be very tough fishing at times, so I understand you completely.

      Nor california here. the Ponds I'm fishing are gravel quarry ponds with rock bottoms that have 15 foot of thick thick grass . I look for the channels pathways in the grass they make and look for the clear area on top where those paths intersect and I'll pitch a heavy puching jig Un pegged straight down. That doesn't hit I'll follow with a wacky in the same hole.

    Thanks Tim.The speed cranking lures have rattles.Why wouldnt a lipless cranking and stopping like the speed cranking lures why wouldnt that work? You said you like to go to the blade baits because they are silent,yoy dont like the rattles because they are intrusive.Im confused rattling lipless intrusive but speed cranks with rattles are not?

    Talking about the big baits and fish not wanting to chase far for a bait. Would that really require FFS to optimize on that capability? Or could you do it with 2D/Side scan?

      Read the video description man, they literally list everything as well as links to buy them every video
      However with that said, i like a more forgiving action, especially for the 1/2oz since their treble hook baits & usually end up yoyo-ing them back to the boat.. i use the 7'2 med modfast zodias graphite rod..not their glass rod.. + curado 70 for my hair jigs/blade baits in 1/2 oz or near it, smaller blade baits and my free rigs i use a phenix ultra mbx 7 med lt and slx 70 dc. but rarely throw the 1/4oz size, i think i only have a few in my metal box to be honest. Almost the entire box is every color damiki vault/dyna response in 3/8-1/2 and a few other brand blade baits.. if i gotta downsize that much ill throw a tn50 or finesse lipless instead. In the end .. dont buy a specific rod for blade baits.. a simple squarebill rod like a levante flatside special or even a cheaper Lews XD3 will throw vaults, squarebills/+ smaller blade jackhammer stealths & up to 3xds etc perfectly for 150$ or less! I bought my 16 yr old cousin who highschool bass fishes all the rods in the lews xd cranking rod lineup for his birthday to cover every crankbait/blade bait from finesse squarebills and lipless up to 10xds and he loves up and has hundreds of fish on each (not the 8xd- 10xd as thats very situational around here) or the lews kvd CC2 CC3 CC4 and up fiberglass rods are spot on for budget options and ive personally fished em and had zero complaints! Just giving u other options vs a 280$ expride or 200$ zodias
      P.s. clip the dyna response rear skirt a bit or youll hate life.. youre welcome! 😂

      @@mattseifert In most of the videos they shoot. They say comment below and we will answer your questions. I follow and watch most of the video’s. Look at comments and see about 5% of questions are ever answered. There are some very legitimate questions being asked and would add context to the video’s. I get the family and filming part, but it looks to like this is an income source, so why not answer questions.

    • @mattseifert
      @mattseifert ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@mmbkpbsdad they’ve touched on this in the past. They do their best to answer but if filming and editing take 8-10 hours 6 days a week (they do 3 vids a week), then they probably don’t want to answer questions all night. Might only get a chance when everyone goes to bed, and even then, as an income source it would be like working overtime.

    • @skidemn
      @skidemn ปีที่แล้ว

      You do understand they put out three videos a week, right? Which means they have literally hundreds of videos here, on Facebook, on Instagram, and so on. Unlike companies, they don’t have social media employees to answer messages. It is very unlikely they have the time to get to many of them.
