Thank you for this video. I'm a 55 year old woman that is rather worried about my eGFR, but my doctors keep telling me that I have really good levels. I guess I became really nervous when I saw that my 75 yr old Mum had a eGFR of 93 and her partner of 80, had a eGFR of 74. At that time (a year ago), my eGFR was 77. My latest test has just shown that is has dropped to 67. I guess I'm still nervous, I don't think we can say I have great numbers, but if I stick to that I'm ok above 60, that gives me a little bit more comfort. However, I'm only 7 points from going under that number.....
