@@NeevesKnives Not true, if it was used for what it's intended to be used for, it would not. The reason it breaks is because so many people are so baton happy these days. It's an utility combat knife, not a bushcraft tree chopper. If you want that, Kabar has the Becker series wich are tanks.
@heel76101 but that make sense, you can use most knives for combat it's whether or not you can also survive with it, let's take 2 knives one will break if you use it for survival but can be used in some combat or the second one that you can use as a survival knives and will definitely work in combat. The tiny stick tang breaks from not even much hard use

You've tested the m390mk and it doesn't stand up to what they've said? It's supposed to have higher edge retention than m390.
It barely does, I still need to do another test to confirm but I think they could of done a lot better just raising hrc
