Thank you, this hit home within me. I was shamed a lot when I was younger and had some trauma. This led to me exploring myself sexually at a very young age to escape the world. But I shamed myself for doing it. I also suppressed my light and the joy I had within me, I hid myself from the world. Engaging with myself sexually with negative feelings and emotions, and also on a lower vibration led to me having a burned out nervous system. And I did suppress myself because I was scared of the true power within me, but also felt like I didn't deserve it. On the flip side I have also experienced it unleashed in healthy ways as well. This chakra is definitely either live giving or life depleting depending on the use or misuse of it. Thank you so much for articulating this so well

My lower chakras have been the worst due to so much physical trauma when I was a kid I experienced so much trauma to my lower spine. Sometimes it feels like my lower spine is curled up and broken, I’ve been working for ages to heal it but I agree it does affect the rest of the energy centres immensely, as well as feels pretty horrible.
