Omgoodness he is adorable & so handsome. I’m sorry to hear you had to go through that love. Being a mommy & having to go through that with your child can be so scary, but I’m so glad to hear that he’s doing better now!! 🙏🏾💯
He really is! All the doctors were so shocked that he was up and moving an hour after his surgery. I was so ready to go home.! Mom life definitely is never easy!
I did have my appendix removed in early July 2016. I felt not myself before having the surgery. When I walked it was so painful. After the surgery that I was back from being my old sweet self. I was a little bit weak after the surgery. I even did a little bit of PT in the hospital. I didn’t eat anything the following day. I did listened to the doctor’s orders. I even did joked around with the nurses. I was hooked up 3 things after surgery. To 2 and then just one thing. I did had a little pinch of pain but, it wasn’t as painful before surgery. I did bounced back just 2 weeks after surgery with my attitude. I did have leakage from one of my incisions. I have staples on my belly for almost a month of July. I even had staples pulled on one week and another week, too. I have a big belly. I was so good at the hospital. I was happy to see my parents the following morning after surgery. They both got lost in the hospital. My mother did visit me a little bit more than my father did. I even had blood tests on my fingers. I didn’t eat right away. The 2nd day that I had clear liquids, solid liquids on the 3rd day, and 4th and part of the 5th real food. My tummy was upset till Wednesday. I ate light a couple of days out of the hospital. I did used a walker during my stay at the hospital. I told my mother that I need a walker to walk around the house. I didn’t really needed it. I wanted my father to used it for his walking around instead of a cane. I even had injections of this medicine in my belly. I didn’t want both of my parents dog to jumped on my belly. He did jumped on my belly once as I was feeling better. I even drove my car that Friday a little bit over a week of surgery towards my parents home. I still not at 100% in driving my car. Each time that I drove that I felt better. I got so bored at home that I went back to the Y and did some light cycling in my class for the first time just after 2 weeks of surgery. I stuck in cycling till a month after surgery. I didn’t felt right in riding a bike in the lifestyle center the following day. That one Friday that I had a leak from my incision just the first 5 minutes of class as I didn’t know that I was leaking through my t-shirt. I didn’t go in the next few days. I went on that Wednesday the 3rd week after surgery and I felt a little bit better. I didn’t go on Monday cycling classes till in August. I got back into my other class in August. I did took it easy on the weights. Before the surgery that I was lifting a little bit more in class.
My sister also got surgery, she had to get her appendix removed, they said if she coughs or sneezes she would have a sharp pain 😮💨 Like this comment if you support her 👇
He's walking the halls standing upright. Must have been an arthroscopic surgery. In the Army, mine was open surgery. I couldn't stand upright for several days.
