  • Rajathani Dal Baati Churma
    Baati
    1.5 cup aata or whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup Rava
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 Cup Ghee
    Water to knead
    Pre heat oven @180 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes in lower rack with both top and bottom rod on. Flip and bake another 5 minutes.
    Panchmel Dal
    For pressure cooker
    Masoor dal, urad dal, moong dal, chana dal , arhar dal each 1/4th cup
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Water 3 cup
    Ghee 1 tsp
    Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
    For cooking in a pan
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    Jeera 1/2 tsp
    Hing 1/4 tsp
    Red chilly Dry 3
    Ginger and green chilly 1 tsp eacj
    Onion 1/2 cup
    Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp
    Garam masala 1/2 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
    Churma
    Bati 3
    Edible Gum / Gondh - 1 tbsp ( skip if you done have )
    Ghee 2 tbsp
    Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
    Cahew and almond chopped 2 tbsp each
    1/2 tsp elaichi or cardamom powder
