I am almost completely sure that matchmaking in the mode is shit. By knowing a win-loss ratio of each player it tries to balance an average value in a team, giving bad randoms to good players. And this gets mixed up constantly as bad randoms keep getting into good teams, and good players bounce from mid teams to bad random’s company :)
