let's get some land in China! that would be fantastic.! from now on i will upload videos more frequently, before i used a lot of time to make travel videos.
I quite enjoy the video usually I see only the high prices of the 1st tier cities of China never the lower tier cities because most youtubers don't go their. I forwarded the video to reddit so more people can watch the video and I will be watching future videos.
I've been living in China for years and am married to a Chinese. We have property in a Tier 2 city. When looking at the income of the middle class in China and the prices of real estate, it seems unsustainable.
that's true. it can not be stainable. it is just house bubble. that's why i didn't buy a house in tier 1 city even i lived there more than 10 years, and, i couldn't.
@@sui.travel8788 Dang, yeah. She and I have been in Beijing for 5 years. After she got the Hukou, her mom kept asking me to buy a house in Beijing lol. I said she should have bought one in 2004.
Hello Jose, the price in dollars i put in subtitles is usd dollars already. different city the price is different, this one in the video is around 1000-1200 usd dollars per square metres, the same property in big city the price is 5 times to 8 times. normally an apartment is about 80-150 square metres, but some even just 35-50 square metres, so depends on the property.
This is another great SUI video, I like how you upload once every week, good thinking! Lets get some Property in CHINA! Woooo!
