just went fishing (i'm in missouri) and wondered why the river was so damn high. turns out, it's higher because of all of that. sadly, i didn't catch anything 😭

I cannot help but wonder if any of this water could be sent down into the Ogalala Aquifer.
Where is this flood water going to go ultimately?
