I always put the bracelet on and lean my wrist against my dresser, holds it right in place so I can clip the lobster clasp on. Cute idea.

I had to wire wrap my leather like u did here for the sunflower statement necklace. I didn't have any fold over for the ends to attach my clasp or necklace.

I have one of those alligator clamp on a stick things. But mostly I gave up and use magnetic catches where its feasible.
